Online store is terrible. Failed to deliver then sent to a random address. The head office in. NETHERLANDS! Doesn't refund. AVOID.

First time reviewer, but wanted to acknowledge the great service I received today at the Chapel St store, The girls working there were great. I actually bought my first pair of selvage from one of them at Chadstone but decided I wanted it shortened. I had two pairs that they hemmed straight away. The older one of the two even suggested a great coffee spot down the road & helped me on where I could get my other jeans (that weren't nudie repaired). Overall a really great customer experience, genuine & very helpful.

Awesome service, and I mean absolutely awesome. I walked out with my new favourite pair of jeans and all my questions answered, and the lady who served me REALLY knew her denim. When you look at the quality of the product, add in the lifetime repairs- well, definitely worth the extra dollar. Highly recommended:)

Not just incredible jeans that fit perfectly & age well but T's & shirts to match! Loving my new burgundy shirt which will be worn plenty of times this Summer! Leah the manager is a Denim whisperer, making sure you take home the correct style and fit to make you feel like a rockstar!

Store manager Leah knows denim. If you need to get fitted right and get some tips on caring for your denim she’s your go to! Also bring your pooch for good shop vibes, she’s also a dog whisperer.

Leah is awesome! She has amazing customer service skills and is great to talk to! She served me the other day after I went in to buy a simple black T shirt and ended up buying a new pair of jeans simply because of her great service! She also hemmed three of my Nudie Jeans within 24 hours of me dropping them off! WOW this girl needs a raise and probably should be running this company worldwide! Thanks again Leah!

Came in and got some jeans in the sale. Leah was fantastic and suggested some jeans that fit perfectly. She then repaired an existing pair! 10/10 buy jeans here every time

I purchased some jeans a month ago and the store person really pressured me into getting a pair x4 sizes smaller then my actual size. When I took them back with a receipt the manager was very defensive and rude to me. He also informed me that I could change the jeans with a 20% discount on another pair I was shocked I just spent over $200 on a pair of jeans.

Really really bad service. The staff were more interested in taking phone calls than serving customers. The shop was packed but nobody cared

Leah is very friendly and prompt. I brought my jean for length alteration and it was done in 10 minutes. It saves me on my return trip. I will definitely patronise this shop again.

I'm not much of a clothes shopper. In fact I hate it. So when I decided to invest in a decent pair of jeans, the guys here were more than willing to help me pick the right size and style. Pretty painless thanks to the staff. I'll be back for sure.

Disappointing refunds policy. Buyer beware! Change of mind policy is draconian. No refunds and no exchange. You buy it you own it! Best to go to DAKOTA, DIESEL, LEE and GENERAL PANTS. They have full refund 'standard' policies.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't decide which pair i liked better so we ended up buying both.
