Had an amazing customer service experience from Pong who was helping me out last week.
We were confused about their fit and size of the jeans.
The man helps me out, as well as got my jeans alteration as how I like.

Excellent shopping experience. I was looking for a new pair of jeans and walked into nudie jeans by chance. After a very friendly welcome by the staff, I was served by Mike and he explained a lot about all different styles and materials and things like how will the denim looks like after wash etc.
And then he helped me with finding a pair of very nice looking jeans. He also took his time and explained how nudie use organic materials and less water in making jeans. I walked out of the door with my first pair of nudie jeans and a very good mood.will definitely come back again.

Shopping is a rare occurrence these days but today I was pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service was. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Michael and made to feel comfortable. I’ve known about Nudie for many years but never owned a pair and after sharing this with Michael, he took the time to explain to me the story behind nudie and what they stand for as a brand. Its part of the reason why I went there for one pair and walked out with two ha! Michael was patient and very knowledgeable in answering my questions, just a straight up cool guy, thanks guys!

Some of the Best customer service we have experienced. Store didn’t have the size and colour both my daughter and I were after. Paid for 2 pairs of jeans and received them express post within 3 days. Michael could not have been more professional and helpful. Huge thumbs up

The jeans are amazing i bought two pairs of jeans! The short female with the red colour hair was honestly so helpful and a great sales assistant. She knows a lot about her job, customer service skills 10/10. I’ll be coming back!

If there were more stars available I'd choose them all. A young woman helped my partner find the perfect set of jeans yesterday (Thursday 11th June 2020, approximately 10am) and her service was literally flawless. We had just tried Levi Jeans and Superdry nearby to no avail. I commented I really liked the Nudie brand to my partner knowing fine well he doesn't generally choose to pay the premium for 'ethical' brands as his main priority, at least with jeans, is the quality and the fit. Within 10 minutes he had been completely won over by the sales assistant while I kicked back and enjoyed the righteous feeling of being right! And he is so stoked with his awesome jeans. She selected the correct size and fit on the first try, and struck the perfect balance between friendly and informative and allowing him the space to come to his own conclusions (and also hilariously pontificate to her about his highly specific jeans needs!) Very fine salesmanship from this young woman and I know this excellent brand has found a passionate new repeat customer in my partner. Thanks heaps guys.

The most condescending and arrogant service I think I have ever received in my life. What a horrible experience from such an amazing brand of jeans!

I work in retail and understand everyone has their bad days including myself BUT this was not an acceptable way to communicate a company policy to a customer. I’ve been a customer of the Nudie brand for over 10 years and own 3 pairs always. I was even prepared to buy another pair of $350 jeans tonight but left straight away with a very bad taste in my mouth and didn’t purchase anything.

I will be putting a complaint in with head office regarding this sales assistant and how badly they treated me and will be avoiding this store in the future.

I had fantastic service here over the weekend. Of course I went in for a pair of jeans similar to what I was wearing, the staff appraoched me, asked if they could help and after a quick discussion come across with what they thought would be suitable. I tried them on and that was that. I have never bought a pair of jeans so quickly. I also loved the fact that the receipt was emailed to me. Great work

Wow! I am a brand ambassador now! Friendly and engaging staff member flying solo was able to capable manage the 3 groups of people she was looking after, showing personalised service to each. Picked my size and style straight off the batt and I love them! No stuffing around, great pair of jeans, ethical brand and great team!
