Nu-Lite Balustrading

I had Nu Lite help with the construction of the balcony in my house and they did such a stellar job! I highly recommend this place for anyone who is still considering whether or not to reach out to them for their service. Their customer service is also amazing as well and helpful.

Most importantly they are very clear and thorough in everything they do and they do it correctly down to the details.

The whole process from start to end was easy and very smooth.
I emailed my plans and received a quote back within a few hours, then measure was organised and installation. Everything went very well and we are very happy with our new balustrade.

They fitted new balustrades to my front balcony and stairs and we were happy with their pricing and workmanship.

Salesperson Keith was great explained different systems they were able to offer with glass options etc, was told up front about lead time, installation was very professional and efficient very experienced.

Our job was a little complicated with a 45 degree bend a few right angles but fabrication team did an excellent job getting that right. Balustrade system is good quality and offers value for money. Looks sensational! Very happy thanks Nulite.

Installation completed. Tradesmen responsive, polite and professional.

Its now the 20th January.
Still now news if they will make the deadline end of this week.
Silence is not golden.

The representative has now called today to inform us as per their posting.
Would be delighted to change this post and the star rating if indeed the installation takes place as promised.
These issues can be avoided if companies maintain a protocol of keeping customers informed.
Tuesday `12th January 2021 at 1630

It is six weeks since we paid our deposit, called by phone to ask about installation twice, no further response, emailed twice, no response.
Called yesterday again, Drew" answered, the lady said she would have someone call by close of business.nothing occurred.
We have a Council deadline o 23rd January.
Very disappointing

Prompt reply by salesman to my enquiry.suggestions and solutions given with detailed drawings and colour selections for ramp railings and second story glass ballustrading. Installation by neat tidy tradesmen. Examples of other completed projects in the area given to us as a guide to use of product. We are very pleased with quality of railings and second story ballustrading. We feel Nu-lite has added street appeal and value to our house with the desired wind and weather protection solution achieved. Highly recommend this business. They worked with us.

My experience with Nu-Lite Balustrading has been a pleasant one. I sent an email through the website early on a thursday and had a call back before lunch the same day. I found the customer service to be quality and all my questions were answered right away.

I had a frameless balustrade installed on my balcony as well as installing a new glass fence around the pool. Could not be happier with the product and the service.

The glass looks great. The installers arrived on time, were friendly and helpful, answering our questions about various aspects of the work. They worked efficiently and were finished and cleared up more quickly than we had anticipated. They let us know when they were done and answered a couple more queries. Both our patio and deck now look fantastic, and we can see straight through into the garden from the living areas of the house, a real ‘inside/outside’ feel.

The guys from Nu-Lite did a great job on our retrofitted aluminium balustrade - the product is solid as a rock and looks great and everyone from Nu-Lite was prompt in responding to communication when we asked for updates. The installer was very professional and informative and a few little design issues were dealt with promptly.

Take the deposit upfront, promise 5-6 week delivery and then they drive you mad with scheduling.after delivering the project with a 3 week delay they threat you of legal action if you don't pay on time.

Dear owner thank you for your answer although i have different views:

1-trade site measure was on the 14 of october hence you delivered in 8 weeks and 5 day lead time which to me means 9
2-we had to actively project manage you with 10 calls to get a scheduled date (not counting the ones you didn t answer or we were told people were not availble)
3-only when I told you I was going to cancel the job you started to take the matter seriously and you showed up
4-As per 1 you are the first in breach of the contract so who gives you the right to ask me to comply to COD?
5-Free of charge advice I recommend you to sign up your zealant finance team for a customer care and communications course

I have found NuLite very easy to work with to install aesthetically designed balustrading to complement our house. Staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Graeme
