Nspire HQ

This place is more than just a gym, it's a community and a family and I haven't looked back since joining four and a half years ago. Waleed and Faith made me feel so welcome and I've made some really good friends here over the years and don't doubt anyone new coming on board they won't be able to do the same. If you're local (or not, there's a few that travel a long way to come here and train) I definitely recommend checking it out!

Waleed Has been training me for some time. His methods and dedication to push you to achieve your goals is indispensable. The reward of training at 5am each morning with a trainer, ready and devoted to push you to your best is unmatched. The community he and the team at NspireHQ have created is one of equality and commitment to the very best version of ones self. I couldn’t be happier with my results and the people I have met.

Highly recommend Waleed is really a great trainer. He's very knowledgeable and careful to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly to avoid any chance of injury.
He really goes above and beyond - checks in on you between sessions to keep you motivated. He's passionate about what he does and he's just a genuinely nice guy.
Waleed been training me since 2019. It's always really fun and we have a laugh and it's a great, energetic way to start the day

I don’t think five Stars is enough, Can you name another business that is willing to lend its own equipment to there gym members each lock down! Post daily work outs and hold multiple daily zoom classes? All for the benefit of there clients

Great facility and an even better environment to train in. The staff are always on hand to assist we’re needed. I’ve trained in a lot of gyms but nothing like this. 10/10
