We approached Nicholas about 2 months ago for a quote for our replacement paling fence. He replied within the day and arranged a quote within the week. We just had the work completed to an extremely high standard, full clean up and removal of old fence on time and good price. Nick showed up and talked a great game but never backed it up with a quote. Communication was terrible. Don't waste your time.

Nicholas built a beautiful hog wire style front fence and gates for us. His communication and professionalism was great throughout the project despite some minor setbacks outside of his control. A family emergency halted first visit. Rightly so. Made another appt. Never turned up. Never phoned to say why they didn't appear. Basically tradies can pick and choose who to work for and who not to work for. That is their choice. But the basics of keeping appts and good communication should be part of their company values. No excuses. A diary should be one of their tools. And at least let the person know yah or nay to doing the job.
