Horrible experience, received shoes that were to small and they would not let me return them because they had a scuff mark on the shoe. Now I have to take brand new shoes home that don’t fit me, that will just sit on a shelf! Worst shopping experience ever! Will never spend money here again!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. The staff members were rude and hesitant to help me find the right pair of shoes. When I asked for assistance, they seemed annoyed and uninterested.need the improve their service.

Extremely rude service. Shop assistant told me I could only try on two shoes because it was “their policy”. Never encountered such terrible service at Novo. Guess that’s what you get for attending a shop in Broadmeadows. Apologies issues after speaking to management, however it does change the way we were treated. Never shopping there again

Great experience at the Broadmeadows Store on Sunday afternoon. Awesome sale and exceptional customer service by the young lady working! Highly recommend.

After a couple of wears my new boots became faulty, the heel had come off. I took them into your Broadmeadows store, but I had lost my receipt. The manager was able to track down my receipt in the system all I had to do was tell her the day I bought them and she was able to locate and reprint my receipt for me. Not only that but she gave me a brand new pair! I thought not having my receipt would make this a difficult experience, I work in retail myself so I understand there are policies in place for a reason, but the manager on duty just made this so easy stating “clearly they are faulty, let me get you a new pair don’t stress about the receipt “ I was in and out with a brand new pair within 5 minutes. Great service and so helpful. Would definetly recommend this store, was such a easy process and great experience:)

Worst customer service. Went in to refund a faulty pair of boots I purchased, still brand new with tags attached in box. The 2IC was on shift and took photos and sent it to her manager, and the manager refused to refund me saying they looked "perfectly normal".
The glue was coming out of the heels, opening between the leather and heels, scuff marks all over both pairs of shoes. Clearly a manufacturing fault. I requested her to bring a new one from the back to compare. Miles apart in terms of condition. While she was on the phone to her manager, she did not tell her we have compared my pair to a brand new one, instead the manager asked the 2IC to pull on the heel, so she's yanking on the heel to see how stable it is and hands it back to me saying its fine. I was shocked? !
Offered to exchange it but I took the faulty one home, sent images to head office and their response was "we agree this isn't the quality you should expect from a leather pair of shoes" - NO QUESTIONS ASKED they apologised and approved a refund.
Head office was also not happy the manager in Broadmeadows refused to refund this. Both the Manager & 2IC lack of customer service and attitude was so disrespectful. Looks like anyone these days can get a job and treat customers with disrespect. Will not visit this store ever again.
