We had a reasonably large 5 bedroom house with outside room. Novari staged it brilliantly. They took advantage of views, opened up the interior in lovely neutral colours enabling potential buyers to envisage the spaces. They were prompt, the workers were polite (and helpful). Nothing but praise for them.

Novari Collective were fantastic to deal from the very beginning. We all live in our homes and believe that they are well "furnished", but a new creative eye can dress your home for the greater buyers market.

In our case they suggested we remove about 10% of our furniture and decorations but then prepacked with furniture and decorations that made our home look more modern and spacious.

We couldn't be happier with a sale in under a month and a price that was better than expected. I would estimate that we got a return on our Novari investment into our furnishing of over 30 to 1

There was a misunderstanding and error made by them in terms of the when the furniture was to be removed, but to their credit they fixed it up promptly and to worked with me to get a completely satisfactory resolution. While Kristy was all friendly at the start, she wouldn’t return my phone calls at the end when I was trying to complain about the mess they left behind. Once she got the money she doesn’t care about her customers!

I engaged them to style my house. When they were moving the furniture out they caused damage to the wall and refused to pay for it to be fixed. Very disappointed in them. Recommend that you stay away from them!

Lucy and her team took care to present our nearly vacant home well and allow prospective buyers to see the potential of the extended and recently refurbished Californian Bungalow house for themselves.
