If you are looking for proper quality UPVC double glazed windows and doors look no further. Great pricing, built in Australia and the only UPVC windows I could find that are actually bushfire rated.

But that is just the product. Business owner Marcel operates on a whole different level. Incredibly good communication while also being attentive, reliable and quick. He truly takes pride in his work and I could not be happier with the result. Thanks Marcel (also shoutout to Russel and Dennis) for the magnificent job.

Beware.
We entered a contract with Marcel 14 months ago. We are still yet to have our job completed and are unable to use 4 sets of doors he has installed. When opened they have fallen from their hinges and they are unable to be closed. They are extremely dangerous. When it rains the door frames fill with water and leak from the handles.
We have large gaps between the doors and it appears that the doors have been made too small for the frames.
The whole job has been a complete mess. An install that was supposed to take 4 days has now taken over 12 months with no end in sight.
Marcel has been paid in full for his works and is now asking for more money.
He has had every opportunity to rectify the issues and is now uncontactable.
We have lodged proceedings with VCAT to get our home repaired.

We had 13 windows and 2 doors replaced in our house, with double glazing. I got several quotes and Novalite were the best value, by some way. The job has now been done and the result is excellent - it could not be better. It makes the house look modern and it is much warmer. Marcel and his colleagues are very professional and efficient. I would recommend them for any doors or window work - on price and quality.

We searched to replace our front door with a uPVC door for 2 years and the quotes we found were astronomical. But when Marcel came, he offeres us such an low price that we decided to replace all our windows and doors.

The installation took 2 days and the outcome was of a very high quality - see pictures with the final outcome.

Lastly, our new doors kept the house cool this summer and blocked all the outside noise.exactly as we expected.

Where do I start! Awesome. Fantastic. From the moment I started researching UPVC windows Marcel was always at the front of the pack. The quote process was seamless and Marcel was more than accomodating to all our changes and questions no matter what time or day. We even managed to quote and measure before settling on the property! He helped us change our architrave and skirting to a new design building this into the quote which is above and beyond. The products are exceptional and we absolutely love love love our invisifold doors and front door. We did our entire house 23 windows and 4 door systems. It has made such a difference both in looks and function. Installation went so well and done in only 7 days even through navigating lockdowns. Marcel kept us updated all the way through manufacturing process. The house was left clean after work everyday and went to all efforts to reduce dust and dirt from removing the old wood windows. Marcel did all our windows 3 years ago, and they still look like new. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and does very careful and high-quality work. And for a price that was much less than others we were quoted. Highly recommended.

Marcel provided a quote quickly and stuck to the schedule (even finished earlier than agreed). He was on time for installation and even fixed some little things on 4 windows he did 7 years ago.
His colleague even moved one of the architrave light switches for us.

I decided to replace a few windows around the house with double glazed windows and uPVC frames for thermal efficiency. With Novalite's price being significantly cheaper than the other two companies quoted, I went with Novalite. Novalite are very knowledgable about the product and owner Marcelle is a perfectionist. Really happy with the product, how it looks/performs. Marcelle’s level of customer service is exceptional and compassionate. We had a really short time frame to install our windows and new door and Novalite was able to turn around the job in a week where as most other companies wanted a min of 4 weeks! The Team at Novalite recently replaced 15 single glazed wooden and aluminium windows with 15 triple glazed uPVC tilt and turn windows.
Novalite out priced everyone in the market, the quality is AAA, they installed, sealed the outside and gap filled the inside.
Novalite even replaced all the architraves and window inserts.
I am so happy I chose to use Novalite.
