I attended Melissa's Nutrition For Digestive Health workshop.
Melissa gave an excellent talk about healthy diet and lifestyle. She is a great speaker and has vast knowledge about nutrition. The session was very thorough and the informative. Melissa was more than happy to answer everyone's questions in friendly manner.
At the end of the workshop she shared delicious and healthy snacks along with the recipes.
The eBook provided as part of the workshop has been immensely beneficial.
I highly recommend her workshops to everyone, either to gain knowledge to improve one's health or for staying healthy.
