Fantastic. I’ve been to physiotherapists for lower back pain. And wow the glute massage left me easy moving and pain free for so long. Relaxing massages are heavenly and staff are lovely Highly recommend this little gem.

Uti is Magic. My back was knotted tighter than a woolen jumper in a warm wash fast spin. And she loosened it in 2 visits! I can do yoga again and don't feel like a contorted zombie.

What a waste of time. Drove all the way there to find out they don't even have my booking in their system. The lady there was not friendly or helpful about their muck up either, she is just a sub contractor apparently.

As mentioned by other reviewers - Had a Groupon eyelash extension voucher. When rand to get appointment only very free appointment times available, only one therapist who appears to get sick regularly. Finally got appointment 4 weeks in advance and on the day, 3hrs prior to appointment, they rang and cancelled. I would avoid

Terrible experience. Their massages might be decent, but never got the chance to actually experience it. Made a booking as a 30th birthday present surprise, along with booked accommodation to make it a long weekend trip.

All was finalised and confirmed but got a last minute cancellation from Nourish saying that one of their masseur was ill. This has left a sour taste in the mouth, especially with the whole weekend of surprise birthday present being planned.

Having said that, there was nothing to be done and I agreed to re-schedule for the following weekend.

Unfortunately, it appears Nourish has no control over their scheduling as I received a text in the evening, one night before my schedule appointment to let me know that my appointment was moved back by 3 hours.

There was no explanation, simply a text saying that it had to be moved.

This was the last straw and I decided to opt for a full refund from. They said that this can only be done through GroupOn and this led on to another long battle to get my money back.

In short, be wary if you're planning in advance or want this to be some sort of surprise or present. Their booking and scheduling is simply unreliable.

Great place, l go there feeling depressed, come out with all my worries lessened, great staff and great location, genuine advice the staff will give you to improve every aspect of your life.l ve been xoming here for a while now, when you want to and deserve to spoil yourself every now and again, Great place to go.

Warm and inviting atmosphere from when you first set foot through the doors. All therapists are wonderfully experienced, and show great care for their clients needs and treatments. Wide range of packages available too. I have so far experienced the Escape and Nourish a few times now with my husband, pedicure with my mother and sister, as well as pregnancy massage. Cannot wait to keep working my way through all of the packages!

A great place to go and unwind great people made us feel welcome. It was relaxing and they really took their time to understand us as clients. Really reccomend.

Cannot recommend the wonderful Lisa highly enough! This was my first experience having a full body massage and facial and I will definitely be back. Lisa was kind, attentive and was happy to talk me through what she was doing if needed. A fantastic spot to get pampered.

Utter bliss, my lovely partner booked the couples massage and we were not let down. The quality of the massage, the professionalism of both the masseurs and the front of house was incredible.

Booked a surprise birthday massage for my wife and she really spoke highly of the experience. From my end the booking and consultation process was easy. Definitely would come back, maybe even together)

What a lovely (happy), relaxing experience. From the moment we set foot into Nourish Spa we felt welcomed and the staff were delightful - especially Lisa.
Would highly recommend taking the time to drive to Olinda and treat yourself.

Highly recommended massage in a beautiful location in the hills - I found the staff very friendly:) i enjoyed a coffee and bite to eat in the area too!

This place was definitely a let down! We had traveled an hour and a half to get there. To be expecting a proper foot spa, instead we got a bucket from Woolworths, that our feet hardly fitted in. We where meant to feel relaxed instead we felt disturbed by people laughing and a washing machine. To be spending almost $400, is way to much for this service.
I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Although staff were lovely!

False advertising. Booked an appointment and when it was booked in I was told I couldn't use a Groupon voucher. They said the quota for the day was reached with a Groupon voucher. No such term or condition was listed on the Groupon site. Receptionist was super rude and not very welcoming. No thanks I'll go elsewhere.

We are loving the new spa. Its fab fit out that is matched with equally talented team. Fiona and the team are friendly and highly professional. Great asset for St Kilda's Fitzroy Street. We are lucky that we just work up the road!

Had the best massage of my LIFE!
I had Einti with me for 2 hours and could not fault her service. She was so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely conversation and she looked after me. Highly recommend Nourish Day Spa and Einti. Thank you. Will be coming back on the regular even though I live Interstate!
