Perfect service - used these guys for years! A little hard to get on the phone sometimes (they say it's a phone issue) but email seems to work splendidly and got my four new Lenovo Yoga's within 24hrs. I was surprised these guys had stock but there you go.good work

The website says 208 Sydney rd but this is not correct. The phone number goes straight to message bank. So much for being recommended to this place when I'm in desperate need of some help.

Have tried a couple of times to visit this shop, very hard to find with no signage, called the intercom and the contact number during operational hours but got nothing, bit hard to judge this place if I can't even get in contact. Changed from a 1 star to 3 star as I realise it was a bit harsh.

I purchased my Notebook Lenova Thinkpad 2 years ago from NotebooksRUS and the quality and service provided was excellent. I still have my notebook and value it highly. I was happy to spend good money on a quality product. I did have one small issue but it was rectified by a technician immediately without cost as it was within the warranty period. Bought some ram and lenovo docking station from Notebooksrus. Arrived 2 days later. Quick and simple to order and dispatch with a courier. Professional advice, there is quite a variety of lenovo docking stations.they helped set it up over the phone when i tried to connect 3 monitors to it. It's been 4 months and couldnt be happier. Even bought MS office from them.

I've been buying tech stuff from multiple company, but this is by far the best experience. Staff were friendly, i bought HP Probook and i have issue with the track pad.
