I ordered a meal which did not come out. I checked 2 times at 15 and 30 mins and was reassured the meal was being made. When I checked one last time at 45 mins I was told that the order did not go through. I requested a refund and left.

Good and healthy options!

Serving sizes a bit small for the price point. Only ok if youre counting calories.

My favorite place to go to for lunch! Great food and great people. The staff whom I've come to know, Billy, Bridie and Nicole notably, are friendly and very positive always make the experience better!

Food was not bad. Gave me an entirely different salad, staff did not listen to my requests. Unprofessional service.

This was great for a pretty healthy fast food alternative. My partner and I both really enjoyed that we could have a pretty healthy meal after an exhausting day. Neither of us were at all up for cooking dinner. Though we also really hate to eat most takeaway because it is so unhealthy.

We really enjoyed this and the staff were terrific.

The food was very good here and it is quite reasonable for the price. It was very filling. I would 10/10 recommended this place for a lunch or early dinner. I will be coming back hopefully soon.

After you paid more than 20$ for a single bowl of rice and a drink, this place will get you more than disappointed.

I know the rice is meant to served cold, but can you at least make it today, instead of just make them days ago and stuff into a cheap as paper bowl, simply disgusting if you see them stuck on the bowl after eating that tiny portion of cold premade rice.the majority of the bowl is occupied by fresh veggies, and it looks amazing when it's served. Together with some nice teriyaki sauce dressing on top. But you can see the veggies are from a bag of coles salad mix, 3 or 5 bucks per bag. Although it tastes good with the dressing, but you simply can't enjoy it while you remember you paid 18$ for these.the protein I had is probably half of a diced chicken breast, made into teriyaki chicken. Once again, the sauce saved it, but the chicken breast itself tastes like what I can make in 10 min.now I can understand why so many people is saying that a good restaurant can bring immense profit. A bowl of rice that will cost you 4$ to make, and you charge it for 15$+ to your customers. Go to somewhere else, if you have 20$, get yourself a nice burger with a can of drink, or some rolls of sushi if you want something healthy and Japanese. They will make you full, and will make you feel that's 20$ well spent, instead of disappointment and regret over this bowl of cheap assembled stuff.also this place sell you the worst lemon lime bitter in the world, tastes just like citric acid and R-limonene, just don't get it, or the lemon crush made by the same company

Choose your own bowl was nice but felt as if there was a little too much carbs compared to everything else.

Horrendous packaging for the miso soup. There is no way your staff are able to rectify this, the flimsy paper bowls and lids just aren't suited to carrying hot liquid, I'd rather a coffee cup and lid. Obviously I prefer environmental packaging but the lid and bowl both warp and are spilling with the most gentle handling within minutes and the staff are forced to wrap with plastic cling wrap anyway, which still doesn't help. Poor girl tried her best and I got the impression she knew the packaging just doesn't work. Spilled half of it and burned my hands.

The food however is great. Please rectify the packaging.

The ingredients and the service are top. But I ordered two large bowls, and the quantity in both is just way too small.

Absolutely great. One of my favourite poke bowls. The staff is amazingly friendly and enthusiastic too. Love it.

Nice healthy delicious japanese food. Good recommendation from staff, good service. Nice areas to sit.

This is a great fast food place. Such fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation of the food and friendly service. The seating is mostly in a pretty loud position in the middle of the walk through shopping centre but if it's just two of you, it's possible to sit at one of the little tables next to the kitchen. Fun to watch them make the poke bowls. You can also choose your own combo, as I did, or go with their suggestions, which my daughter did.

Not feel healthier with Nosh. I just got stomachache, nausea and vomiting after finished this. The main reason might be the uncook salmon has gone stale. Please pay more attention on food safety: (

Prettt good rice bowls for the most part, very fresh and tasty. A bit pricey imo but worth the wait.

For the price you pay, you expect much higher quality and there are many other poke bowl places that can do better for cheaper. Poked is a good alternative!
It’s mostly because the prawn tastes frozen, a bit disappointing.

It tasted quite nice and the staff were friendly, but my girlfriend got food poisoning from the salmon, hence 1 star.

Order online for 7.30pm, but after googling the shop closed at 7pm, unable to pick-up my order. They did call me but when I arrived there's no way to enter the building. Unable to collect my order at the end.

The food is delicious and healthy. The vegetables are also fresh but unfortunately the service is not good enough, it doesnt treat us well as a customer service and no good atitude. And didnt smile at all.
