I Kept being told I needed to get a depreciation report for my investment property but never went ahead with it because I thought the house was too old and did not think it would be worth the expense. I got very a comprehensive report, with 10 years worth of deductions, and most importantly, they were able to back date to when I first purchased the property. Overall, the price was defiantly worth it, customer service was incredible and they really took the time to explain everything to me in a way I understood.
