The new management team are friendly and great customer service. Their pizzas and pastas are amazing. Tasty and well cooked. Definitely recommend

Love you guys and all the food but you need to update your closing times online. For example if I order at 8: 40pm and want to pick up at 9: 30pm.why am I told on a Wednesday you close at 9 when online it’s 9: 45pm? You need to fix this please.

Staff very rude. Pizza dry and tasteless, I had 1 piece of pizza and had threw the rest in bin. The pizza was a margherita

Customer service and pricing was good, however the pizzas are not really flavourful and a bit dry.

One of the most rudest owner. I went their to pickup food and the owner man start shouting at me because i did not see the sticker on the door which was stating wait outside for which I apologised to him. But later when he brought the order outside he started shouting at me and stated abusing me and was using bad words

Food seemed to be off? Wouldn't accept an order even though it was within their trading hours. Will not order again. DISGUSTING & BEWARE!

Best pizzas in the local and surrounding areas and quick for delivering times and pizzas are always fresh.wont be changing from North Side Pizza!

Our family Loves this shop.best capricciosa for mine, Had a bbq chicken that was a bit dry on one occasion Change of ownership was 3 or 4 years ago must admit previous owners were better at first but a lot has changed since then & now North Side is the BEST PIZZA SHOP IN GLENROY BY FAR

Vegetarian family and margareta are delicious I go out of my way to buy them I live 40mins away taste so good even used to get delivery but they say now they get late on other orders and it's not worth the $12delivery sad but they taste good

I wanted to order a family size pizza and they still wanted to charge me $2 for delivery. This is a new charge that they introduced on 01/01/2014 - $2 on ALL delivery orders. They are very polite when taking your order and money, but when you question their charges they end the call abruptly. They are only interested in taking your money. I'm going elsewhere!

Good service, pleasant and polite staff, great price. The pizza is decent, not bad for the price, but let's be honest, it is an average (or just above average) Australian pizza, better than other pizza places around. Not the real thing though.

Absolutely delicious pizza. Best I've had in Melbourne from a takeaway pizza establishment like it. Great range and generous toppings. Pleasant staff. Even delivered to us despite that (at the time) we lived 50m away (only one of us at home and baby in bed!)

This is how pizza's should be. Plenty of toppings, pizza dough perfect. I love the chicken & mushroom penne they have but Only thing we weren't happy with was the carbonara was tasteless but it wont stop ua for continuing to buy from this place.
Prices are reasonable.

My fav place for garlic pizza, mmm. Could do with having more vegetarian gourmet pizzas available. Spinach is always a fantastic ingredient to use as well. Mushrooms and olives are not always a good solution! Otherwise, we've never had any complaints from these guys
