Jack fixed a blocked sewer emergency for me at very short notice and during a very busy ti e just before Christmas…he was prompt, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of Jack at Northpro Plumbing. We had recently had work done, by another plumbing company, to replace the pipes and trap under our kitchen sink due to a leak. Unfortunately, they botched the installation of the pipes, using an inappropriately sized component. Subsequently, we again experienced some major leaking. Having called them back to fix it, they declared I needed a new sink (at a cost of $2500!) and that the work had been done correctly. I looked for a local plumber and found Northpro. Over the phone, Jack already surmised that the install had gone wrong and came that week to take a look. Within an hour and a half, he had removed all the silicon seals, and the incorrect pipes, installed the correct ones and resealed the traps and joins. He explained everything in detail as to what went wrong and what was needed to address the issue. The work looks polished and solid. No more leaks. Jack is incredibly professional to deal with, communicates clearly, and sets the bar very high in terms of the standard of his work. All up, he was able to do the work for a third of the cost of the original "repair". We've happily found our new plumber! Bonus for being able to support a local business. I'd highly recommend Northpro plumbing to anyone in the inner North and North East of Melbourne.

A blockage is less than ideal at the best of times, let alone in the days before Christmas. We were thankful that Jack answered the phone and came by once his other jobs were complete. He was upfront about his services and resolved the issue quickly. He went above and beyond to clean up the affected areas and leave them in a safe state. He was extremely personable. A recently renovated deck left us with a huge gas pipe that needed tapping off. NorthPro Plumbing managed to squeeze us into their busy week, explained the whole process to me clearly, and completed the job without any issues. The new tap looks fantastic, he even thought about the aesthetics for us and left the site tidy.

Jack was great. Needed a storm water drain unblocked after hours. He was there in no time and ensured all blockages were attended to and water able to flow again. Very thorough, put the camera down the pipe as well to ensure all blockages we clear. All this whilst out in the rain in for a good 90 minutes. Cleaned up at the end as well. Very reasonable rate for saving me after hours. Honest, pragmatic and thorough with his work.

Can’t recommend Jack and NorthPro Plumbing highly enough! Called at 7pm and he was at our place by lunchtime the next day to complete the work. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem with our hot water service and sourced parts and competed the job all within a two hour period. Highly recommend Jack. He came promptly on a Saturday for broken HWS. He was a good communicator, explained all our options, and then replaced the unit on Monday. Very happy with the service and expertise.

Jack was great. Got me in the next morning for a sewer main blockage. Explained the whole process, showed me the blockage on the camera, and jetted it from both access points. Very thorough, polite, and reasonably priced.
