Well kept, clean and good variation. Skaters and scooters are Able to transition well between the obstacles and sections. The parking area is off the main road. Lots of traffic and car pollution hovering around the area.

Great skate park for many beginners or intermediate skaters, awesome place to roller skate too. Perhaps a little slippery after the rain, best be cautious. Nice surroundings and a bench sit and watch, water and bins also available.

Beware! Dangerously slippery due to "anti-graffiti"
coating. Give it 2 years (from 11/1/2021) before a visit.
