When I first saw Shahnee I wasn't able to walk without being in pain, after a few sessions she had me walking again without pain.

Amazing treatment! Alex was incredibly astute in targeting my problem areas while providing knowledgeable and intuitive feedback.

I’ve had long term issues with pain and tightness in my back, neck and shoulders but after my session with Alex I was able to feel a level of relief and mobility I haven’t felt in ages. His aftercare was also fantastic, guiding me through initial stretches for times when the areas are still sore and strengthening exercises for preventing future soreness. All in all, very engaging, considerate and beneficial treatment. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

Went and saw Alex after a long working week, tight and tense, came out feeling relaxed and well cared for.

I thought I just needed a light, relaxation massage but after a thorough assessment, Alex was able to find those points holding much of my tension. He was able to feel when/where my body was holding onto some of it and gently invited me to participate, both passively and actively, to achieve total release.

The space is clean and inviting and the price is great!

Absolutely amazing! Over the years I've put my body through a lot of stress with training and Northern Myotherapy has been my saving grace on many occasions. Michael's knowledge of the body is profound and his ability to assess, diagnose and treat is truly astounding. I've been to chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths etc.with less than satisfactory outcomes but my experiences at Northern Myotherapy have been 100% positive. An excellent mix of Western and Eastern treatment. A big thumbs up to Michael and the team of experts!
