Northern Kia Service Centre

Really disappointed with their service. I came in for an express service at 7: 00am and still couldn’t get my car back on time. It took more than 4 hours for a normal 15k service. Their customer reps are disappointing too and really not helping the mood.

In and out in no time. The staff are diligent and call you once the service is completed. Keep it up guys!

I went to Northern Kia service centre today with a small concern with my brand new car. Its due for its 3000km service next week but I was Worried about something happening over the Easter break.
Michael the service manager thoroughly checked over it and handed it back to me with assurance that everything was ok and even washed and vacuum it for me.now thats what I call Awesome service. Thanks Michael

This service center is a part of Northern Motor Group and they do service for Nissan, Kia, MG, and ISuZu.

The team at Northern Kia turned what could of been a nightmare situation without a car for over 2 months into a great experience. The team communicated with me throughout the process and delivered my car back even faster than was initially indicated. Couldn't be more happy with the service and outcome.

I got to drive a cleaned and vacuumed car home
Service didn't take as long as estimated
Hardest part is getting through on the phone
But that is not the Service Department fault

These guys give me five star service every time I bring my MG ZS EV here for service. I just love the car too.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment for which I was very appreciative, however, the underlying problem needs to be attended to!

As usual the the staff at northern were efficient, polite and welcoming when putting in my Kia for a service well done once again!

Very professional service, dropped the MG off in the morning and they called as per schedule. Reasonable price for service. I was impressed with how they were all organised from the person taking the car into the service centre to the staff member who collected the charges.

We have had our Kia serviced here over the past 5 years and every time they charge way too much. The last time we had it serviced they told us the brakes pads and discs needed changing and that it would cost $750. When we declined this and took it to a local mechanic instead, he found that the brake discs were in perfect condition and only the pads needed changing which cost us $120. Northern Kia Service are a total rip-off.

One of the best KIA Dealer's for Sales and Service in Melbourne, treat your KIA well and give them a go, even if you have to travel a bit to get there.

Professional and courteous staff. Nice waiting room with desks you can work remotely from while you wait for your car to be serviced.
