All staff members are friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of hair. They all give the best advice at discounted prices compared to alot of other high end direct to public places. It's my go to hairplace close and convenient for me as well as all my colour needs. Only thing I wish that they stocked Kerestase' products as other places charge too much for a small size. If i could I would work there myself as the atmosphere is also awsome. Keep up the great work everyone

My trusted local hair care supplier. Very clean and tidy where staff are always smiling and ready to help with any questions and offer solutions. I have thinning thick curly frizz hair. Matrix sleek has been my long standing shampoo and conditioner but i feel they've changed their formula recently. I was looking for something new and the lovely staff member offered samples packs of Davroe to try first before committing to a complete purchase of product i may not be happy with. Putting the customer ahead of sales. Very few industries advocate this style of sales. Well done team.

The staff are great the system is not, helping the customer out should be on top of the list a $500 sale to be stopping because of a $50 that still willing to pay on the spot get refused and making the customer go for the wrong product as I said the staff are great as they said the system don't allows them.
