Terrible customer service, rude and arrogant. Food is average and overpriced. Had a bug in the chilli oil and my meal came out undercooked, they tried to argue back with me and still charge me full price. Don’t come to this restaurant save your money
And also all their 5 star reviews is all fake accounts they pay for good reviews! If you see all the bad reviews that other people have made towards this disgusting restaurant they argue back and say people were paid to make bad reviews towards them that’s how twisted in the head these people are!

I am a purchaser of my own lunch box. I visited this restaurant for the first time and got permission from Manager Tony (male). I can continue to do so. I was very happy.

At 3pm on 1/11, I met the female manager of Diona. There are only two table of guests in the restaurant. It is estimated that no more than 5 delivery will be delivered. She is at the counter to help, and the kitchen is in charge of the chef, but I can feel her impatient mood. I brought my own lunch box and told the manager (female) that I was allowed to bring my own lunch box last time, but the employee broke the lunch box during the process. The employee did not hesitate to go to the mall and bought a new one for me.

But the moment the glass broke, the female manager (no no) apologized to me and told me, look! This happens when you bring your own lunch box. Our company's lunch box is very clean, so don't worry!
I don’t know about a large-scale restaurant, why there is such a qualified manager, and I also feel that the staff and her work are in a tense state
I have never encountered this kind of service attitude in a small restaurant

I bring lunch boxes to protect the environment and reduce the use of disposable lunch boxes. I don’t dislike the restaurant’s dirty lunch boxes. I also understand that it will affect the restaurant’s process operations. So I ask with gratitude. If the restaurant agrees, I usually choose to buy them at not busy moment h, In order not to increase the trouble, this is the worst treatment I have suffered in 7 years since I bought my own lunch box

I sincerely hope that my boss can read this article and give me manager Tony work time. I happy to go when he work

1/11下午三點，遇到Diona女經理，餐廳只有兩組客人，預估不超過5張的外送，她在櫃檯一個員工幫忙，廚房由廚師負責，但我可以感覺她急躁的情緒，我自帶餐盒告知經理（女），上次被允許可以自帶餐盒，但員工在處理過程餐盒打破了，員工沒有猶豫直接去商場買了一個新的給我

但玻璃破掉的瞬間，女經理（沒有）向我道歉，告訴我，你看！自帶餐盒就會有這種情況發生，我們公司餐盒很乾淨，你不用擔心！
我不太了解一個有規模的餐廳，為什麼會有這樣素質的經理，也感受到員工和她工作是緊張的狀態, 我到小間的餐廳都沒有遇過這種服務態度

我帶餐盒為了環保，減少使用一次性餐盒，不是嫌棄餐廳餐盒髒，也了解會影響餐廳流程運作，所以帶著感恩的心詢問，如果餐廳同意，我通常也會挑選離峰時間購買，為了不增加麻煩，這是我自帶餐盒購買7年來遭受到最壞的待遇

我真心的希望老闆可以看到這篇文章，可以給我Tony經理工作的時間，我在過去光顧

We had a very and experience takeaway.
The Singapore noodles were grainy and too chilly
The beef in the beef and blackbean was the worst quality beef I have ever had. I have had gum that was better.
The fried rice was tasteless.
Couldn't be more disappointed

I am vegan and was impressed as to how Northern Delicious has some great vegan options. Will recommend to all vegans around the area. Btw my favourite was vegan fried rice, the traditional pumpkin soup & fried mix vegetables. Definitely worth every penny spent & very economical.

A breath of fresh air for the North. A new Asian restaurant located at Uni Hill for direct and easy access. I had gone in search of roast meats and wasn't disappointed. I found soy chicken, sausage, BBQ pork, roast belly pork and sumptuous roast duck. Able to be purchased by container size. These delicacies were muchly appreciated by the family, in particular the BBQ pork was a resounding success.

Don't be put off that all we had was meat, that's we craved, and got in abundance.

The restaurant seating section was well occupied and wait staff were buzzing everywhere.

I grabbed a menu on my way out and later, reading the dishes on offer, I am sure this menu will satisfy all.

So imagine going to the shared bathroom with the shopping centre and seeing one of the chef's at the urinal just holding his apron up and then seeing h walk out with out washing his hands. No from me please

Great local Chinese restaurant that opened earlier this year. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food is generous, delicious and very well priced. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area.

Little jem in the north very generous dishes full of quality and staff are very polite and helpful and owner who takes time to visit each table to obtain feedback.

Great food, I am very happy with the food service and environment. Peking duck is so far the best I ever had in Melbourne. Definitely a 5 star the Peking duck. Will come back again soon:)

Truly delicious! Very authentic Chinese Sichuan cuisine, a rare find in the area! They have Peking duck as well, will try that next time!

Really delicious Peking Duck. Comes in two options, we went with option 1 which had duck fried rice and deep fried salt and pepper duck bones. So good! They make a great hot and sour soup too, the kind that punches you in the face, but in a good way! Lovely staff and very pleasant ambiance.

What a find. Food and service was exceptional. Great flavours, produce and service. Very generous serves with a menu that suits all.

Fantastic food and awesome service. This new restaurant is child friendly. Children's high chair was organised as soon as we walked in. Child friendly cutlery and bowls and free crackers. We were made to feel very comfortable. Peking duck was very juicy and tender. We definitely will be back again. Thank you to all staff. Highly recommended.

Best Peking Duck in the Northern suburb, best special fried rice here and many many yummy dishes, ask Diane to recommend your order. Friendly staff and tidy kitchen you can see through. You can tell guality food from the kitchen to the table. Reasonable price. Our friends group already ask for the next gathering.

Food was great, service was even better. Very friendly staff! I haven't had this good of an experience at a chinese restaurant since I left Hong Kong. This is definitely worth a try.
Food is a bit on the pricier side tho, if they drop the price a little bit, this place would definitely be my go to chinese restaurant for sure.

The best Peking duck I've ever had! Wish I took a picture, but we ate it all before I had a chance! Tried many delicious dishes all worthy of coming back again

I have been to this restaurant numerous times in the last month.
It’s menu is varied covering Cantonese, Sichuan and other regional areas.
Everything I ate was lovely with the standout dishes being the hot and sour soup, bbq pork, mapo tofu, spring onion pancake and lemon chicken.
The best part of this restaurant though is the welcoming staff and the great atmosphere within the restaurant.
