Friendly reception team, always assists with my queries and Dr Thomas is great, very understanding, patient and thorough with recommendations and willing to follow up.

Customer service from the receptionist named MEGAN was horrible, she was incredibly rude and gave my PREGNANT sister the attitude of a adolescent teenager when she was on the phone in a very distressing moment for her.this woman needs to be REPREMANDED she is totally insensitive and does not know how treat patients with the slightest bit of respect.other than MEGAN, this clinic is great!

My doctor feels like an old friend, because he is! I’ve watched him build his practice up over forty years! He’s done a fine job too, now running many facets of treatment from his much grown surgery. Catering to just about everybody! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr Patrick is just really devoted to increasing the ADL's and abundance of everyday life. He really focuses on patient centred care and a universal, holistic approach to needs that I have had over the years that I have been his patient. I am extremely grateful for the support and care that his registry has offered to myself.

I have been going to Northcote medical Centre for about 25 years I've been away recently overseas for 3 years.lhave been back to the medical centre again and it's just better than the last time I was there same people just better service more valueud experiences and lots of help

The clinic is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and the doctors make you feel very safe and welcome, they are great at answering all your questions and seem truly concerned about your health and well-being.

I love Dr Mattinson she always takes the time to give thorough consideration and care to me. The reception staff are angels really welcoming and friendly even though they are often really busy they still make the time to be polite and courteous and personable. Thank you

First time visiting Northcote Medical and I was very happy with friendly and helpful front desk staff, and I saw Dr Patrick Davoren and he was great.
Will probably move my medical needs from my old GP (who was also great but in my old neighbourhood, so not handy when you feel pretty average already) to this clinic.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor Roisin Mattinson has been so caring for my family with her medical experience and amazing personality. She is an amazing doctor, she also is the best doctor I have found for my children and we just hope to have her for as long.

I have been attending Northcote Plaza Medical Clinic for well over 20 years and The doctors, nurses and reception staff are all exceptional.
Dr. Harry Hemley is an outstanding G. P. He is empathic, thorough, listens to his patients and takes the time to explain medical conditions and treatments to his patients using plain English.
Over the years I have also had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Zoltan Vilagosh and Dr. Beverley Anderson, both G. P.s of the highest calibre.
In recent years some new doctors have arrived, and at times I have seen Dr. Tom, Dr. Austin and Dr. Meredith, each of whom is carrying on the tradition of exceptional care.
Shout out to Jen and Dora in Reception who have always been patient, professional and have excellent people skills.
