Unfortunately it was a devastating experience today. My son had 4: 00pm appointment. Waited and eventually asking when we could see the doctor at 4: 45pm. The reception lady says that the doctor is running late and he is taking 3: 40pm patient next.
This is ridiculous. We had another appointment that we were running late to. So, my wife and son left the clinic. Hope they will not try to bill us for their incompetence in being punctual. Other people are having their lives as well.

Reception staff were lovely to deal with. I needed an urgent appointment and although they were booked out for many months I was contacted a few days after my initial enquiry and offered an earlier appointment. I saw Dr Mar yesterday he was very thorough during the consultation and I finally feel that I am well on my way to having my issue sorted.

Reception Staff helpful with getting me a consultation on a cancellation. Very happy with service provided. Highly recommended

Adrienne Lee was fantastic and helped with a program to take care of my skin condition quickly and efficiently. The reception and nursing staff are all friendly and happy to accommodate any questions or concerns I had and always have a smile on when I enter the building. A fantastic clinic!

Bunked up prices and took our parking. Convenient for parents and people with limited walking. Made money on renting out apartments at the back to stuff patients around. Real nice.

Hard to contact them on the phone, they dont have online service, plus, I cannot trust their one of doctors. For 2weeks, I wasted my time and money for $520.

Dr Adriene lee is a very caring skin specialist who treats patients as people and not numbers. She not only shows a duty of care but she is also a wealth of knowledge. She was able to make a diagnosis for my daughter's skin condition upon examination and followed protocol by giving her the necessary treatment. She amazed me when she ordered blood tests for my daughter which proves how caring and thorough she is-so glad that they came back clear. She is probably the best skin expert I have ever come across. I have only one gripe. The medical certificates and carer's certificates issued upon a patient's or carer's request need to look a little more professional. You need a doctor's name, doctors signature, and the provider number. This was not displayed on the certificate. I dont believe these certificates should be titled for attendance only. Its a medical appointment where you are being consulted and treated by a health professional. As a parent/carer for my young teenage daughter I took time off work not only to be with her but to attend to her medical needs. It should have been titled carers certificate and the certificate that was issued for my daughter should have been a medical cerificate not just an attendance certificate. She also had UV treatment today. I would also like the receptionist I dealt with after the consultation today to show more warmth and friendlliness. She was a little abrupt but only a touch. Yes she was very competent in performing her role, a true professional in that sense but service with a smile goes a long way.

Adrian Mar was fantastic with my 2 year old who was born with a congenital nevus. We appreciate the time he took and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Everyone here has an attitude that they would like to be anywhere else but working here and helping people. I felt like I was being ignored by the reception staff as well as the clinician, whose bedside manner was one of "what questions do you have" instead of explaining the situation and options. They were late and unapologetic, leaves a lot to be desired for a consult fee of $240.

$260 for 15 minutes. The dermatologist was lovely but the woman at reception was awfully rude for no reason whatsoever.
