North Ringwood Charcoal Chicken

Best homemade dim sims! Crunchy on the outside and moist and perfectly seasoned on the inside. Would definitely be coming back to try other food.

We went at night and it was very quiet but the kindness they showed us straight as we walked in was unmeasurable. We bought a small meal and they still treated us as if we were usuals.
I'm just a teenager and I won't be able to come to this shop a lot but because of the kindness and great customer service they showed us in one night. I'll definitely bring my parents here just to show respect and kindness back to them.

Very disappointed when to go grab a chicken and was told real aggressively "we can't do chicken! All pre orders only! "
How can a chicken shop ran out of chicken? !? ! Why can't you accommodate for other people who didn't pre order.
So I went to "the bridge charcoal chicken" instead they have a lot of chickens and very nice people. They know it's festive season so they order more chicken for everyone very smart not like this shop.
I will never go back. U guys left a bad taste in my mouth

Terrible dry chicken and greasy over cooked chips.avoid unless you want to waste your money.seagulls wouldn't even eat from here

Just bought (and trow out) chicken and chops. I Chicken was funny smell and chips was probably cook in who now how old oil.

My favorite take away Shop in this area! This tiny place always pretty bright and clean，everything’s fresh made. Owners and the staff grab generous services, can’t believe after two times order they already remember me and my usual order…they keep a low profile but very popular. You deserve to spend 10mins waiting them awesome chicken&chips)

The best charcoal chicken around Ringwood. I’ve tried the charcoal chicken at Mitcham, Vermont, Watirna, etc. This is the best I’ve ever had. The chicken is always juicy and tender. Big pack with a very good price.

Always tasty! Good value of food. Used to live around the area and still come back here for its charcoal pack after moving away.

Roast chicken was ok alittle on the dry end, the Greek salad was old and tasted off definitely not edible. Fried chicken was the best thing there.

Standard has dropped since the new owners took over. Had the coleslaw salad and found rotting black bits of celery, with a strong bitter after taste throughout. No surprise, family and I had the runs afterwards: (

The owners are so lovely and the food is just as nice! The chips are seasoned perfectly and the chicken just falls apart when you eat it’s so tender!
Sad that they have been closed during covid definitely missing them!

Went in last night at 5: 30, there was a pathetic offering of vegetables which was the reason i was after a charcoal chicken. The pasta dish in the hot display looked like you could throw it and knock someone out it was so hardened, and the chicken had no seasoning.just clear gold skin no oregano or basic seasoning to speak of. So gross. Not going back ever.

Scallop Potatoes to die for.the gravy, the chips.and the chicken is mouth watering. Then the salads.oh my goodness.the tabouli is something else.really really worth the drive and the owners are fantastic. Get in line to order your Christmas Turkey.talk about amazing.
