North Melbourne Athletic FC

I can honestly say, that this is the best football club I’ve ever been part of. I still remember my first training session with the women’s team and how incredible welcoming not only the coach, Stef was, but the entire women’s team. They made me feel extremely supported and always encouraged me to be the best I could and I knew in that moment that these girls would become like another family to me.
This will be my third season with the Trojans and we’ve had so many beautiful and talented new girls sign up and I’ve gone out of my way to ensure they feel the same way I did when I first joined the club.

Very welcoming and easily accessible football/soccer club, close to the heart of the Melbourne CBD. I dropped a note to the club via Facebook to see if they could accomodate for any more players and received an invite to train with one of the teams not long after. All the people at the club made me feel welcome, so I signed up with the club not long after my first training session. Into my second month at the club now and loving it.

Awesome club that prides itself on making everyone welcome. The women’s team are particularly welcoming to new members. Great set up with women’s team & 4 men’s teams. Good training facilities & well run sessions. Great club with a mixture of soccer & social events.

Having played for a few different clubs across Melbourne I can say confidently that North Melb athletic has the best football culture by far. Great people, great facilities and accommodates all levels of skill with multiple men’s and women’s teams.

Get down and have a run you won’t regret it!

The women’s team are truly a bunch of champions!

This group of girls demonstrate immense camaraderie and community. They are beyond welcoming to newcomers (myself included a few years ago!), and have a brilliant attitude. I would recommend playing with this team to anybody!

Great club with good values. Some of the guys could do with a haircut, but it's not a massive problem.
