I hired Julie and her team to be my conveyancer for a plot of land I wished to purchase. Sadly their incompetency to read emails on time and convey information to me resulted in me losing my land. No one from this company bothered to inform me that my land had been lost nor had the decency to admit fault. They still had the audacity to charge me for the 'service' they had provided. I would absolutely steer clear of this company if you wish for your purchase to actually happen.

We have had conveyancers before however this was an especially pleasant experience. Julie was meticulous in the processing of the required documents and in the process picked up on a significant error on our part. The wrong account number was given to the real estate agents by us and would have sent our deposit off into someone else's account! Julie advised us there was an issue and we resolved it quickly. Each interaction to sign documents was efficiently planned and very well explained. The handling of an interstate simultaneous settlement took so much stress out of the process for us. I have nothing but the utmost appreciation for her attention to detail and handling of our affairs. Cost was as stated, communication timely and clear and just a pleasant professional service.
