Very basic, no after hours care. A bit Rough when my groodle had injection. There are much better vet clinics around.

I cannot rate my experiences with these guys high enough, absolutely fantastic. I have a deaf French bulldog who was always very scared of vets until we found this vet! He’s always happy to come to the vet and gets so excited every time he see’s Rebecca! We now bring both our dogs here and couldn’t recommend them higher, they are so wonderful with both of them and are always going absolutely above and beyond!

Best vets I have ever been too, it’s a shame I had to move away, have yet to find a clinic that’s near as good as these guys.

We have been very well looked after at this clinic. Our little dog became a bit of a complex case as she got older, and Dr Rebecca Ross has always been incredibly thorough, patient, compassionate, and dedicated.

When our girl became ill at the end of her life, Rebecca’s guidance was a lifeline for us. She made time to explain everything, answered every single question (and we had a lot), and never, ever made us feel rushed or pushed into any decision.

At the point where we had to make the heartbreaking call to put her to sleep, Rebecca and the nursing staff made it as peaceful as possible and showed us immense kindness. We could not have had a better experience for our girl, or ourselves, at such a deeply devastating time.

Having trust in our vet allowed us to feel certain that we were making the best possible choices for our beloved pup.
We are eternally grateful, and will continue to return with our other animal family members moving forward.

Whether it's a special issue or one that requires detailed explanation, they will always provide you with the time and resources to ensure you have the best outcome.

Very helpful and kind staff. They helped me out when my dog ate a corn cob and only charged me a standard consult despite being after hours. Every other VET in the area refused to see me and told me to go to the emergency VET. It is great to find a caring VET that isn't just after maximum profit. Well done North Croydon VET!

I've been meaning to leave this review for almost a year, but was struggling with thinking or talking about the situation until now. November last year I had to take my dear old doggy Daisy to go to sleep. She had been a patient of Dr Mark's for a couple of years, and he was always so patient, attentive, and caring with her. It always felt as though he was truly fond of her, and it made us both feel much more comfortable with a trip to the vet. Dr Mark treated her during her final days, and was very honest and patient with me each step of the way, even when I couldn't process it or didn't understand due to the shock. In my mental state, it would've been easy to take me for a ride and string the situation along with tests that wouldn't help, and I am still to this day grateful for how up front Dr Mark was. I needed the reassurance of knowing we had done all we could do, and it was time, however devastating that was to hear. Taking her for her final appointment was the hardest thing I've ever done, but Dr Mark made room in what I understand was a very busy morning, and didn't rush us even though I'm sure it was inconvenient. I am so glad I got to take her to him, the only vet she has ever not hated haha. All the nurses as well were incredibly compassionate, and care I felt that day meant a lot, and still means a lot. I'm sorry it took me so long to leave this review. I truly want to thank you all. Since moving to Victoria in 2016 I've seen many, many vets, and this clinic is by far the best one I've been to. Thank you.

Great service, great Vet Clinic. We brought our sick Jumps here before for two nights and came home really well and healthy! It didn't cost us much considering it was two nights and nearly three days. It's now far away from where we lived!

The team here have looked after our family dogs and now saved my own dogs life with emergency surgery following admission to an emergency centre over a weekend. The team went above and beyond to help our 9 month old Hungarian Vizsla overcome a mysterious emergency illness. Thanks Geoff and team!

Mark and co are incredible! They have been so great with our two dogs for the past 10 years. We couldn’t speak highly enough of them!

The staff here are fantastic and genuinely care about every animal that comes in for anything from routine vaccination to serious illness.

They frequently go far beyond expectations and always provide a variety of options to aid in treatment.

Our dear old boy Max's time was at an end. After over 16 years of love and loyalty we wanted somewhere very caring and compassionate in our time of sadness. Thank you for looking after my baby Max.
