I brought six of my clothing items, which included silk and wool pieces, to their shop. When all the clothes were returned, they looked as good as new. We are extremely satisfied with their work and the way they treated us as customers. We will surely return in the future and recommend it to our friends.

Ok. Although there was a mark on one of my jacket sleeves that wasn’t there when I dropped it off.

WORST PLACE EVER! My mum has taken her dress here for it to get sewn. Not even a week later it has come apart in the same spot. They also kept the dress for 3 weeks. When she called back to tell them to fix it they said they couldn’t do it and won’t give her a refund for their rubbish work! DONT COME HERE! If I would give them 0 I would.

Lili is very helpful and professional with lovely smile. She is kind and very responsible. The big puffy deb dress they serviced as perfect as new and smells good too. I would recommend her cleaning shop to everyone who needs professional dry cleaning service. Thank you for your five star service!

The team at Blackburn North Dry cleaners are great. I can’t count the number of items they have cleaned and sometimes saved for me. Everything from cocktail dresses to school blazer and doonas. No job is too difficult. And always done with a smile!

It's a great dry cleaner. I was going to a party tonight, and I dropped off a dress in the morning. After I explained the situation to the owner, he was very kind and helped me to wash the dress as soon as possible and got it the same day. The dress was washed and pressed beautifully. I'm going to visit this shop more often

Quality job and great service! I recent had my wool coat dry cleaned there and I was so happy for their service, they have not only cleaned it but also fixed the pilling to make it like NEW! The host is also very nice and the price is very resonable. I highly recomend it!

Gave Jerry the owner 4 jackets to dry clean.
He charged me $65 for them.
Collected the jackets after a week.
All packed together in the plastic.
I took one off the jackets out today to wear and found it was completely ruined.
I drove up and showed him the jacket and he denied ruining it. He said it is a old jacket which has worn out from before.
My $300 jacket ruined because of his Negligence!
I could go on and word more of my frustration and his lies but I think most importantly I would suggest not using this business.
I am also considering legal options to teach a business like this a lesson. This is not about the money it is about how easily and blatantly he could lie!

Nice Service, Owner is focused and professional. I am a bit puzzled about their pricing though. Like a jacket with a hood is priced higher than a jacket without a hood but of a larger size, which is priced less!

I've been waiting for 1 1/2 weeks for a doona to be cleaned. I went there Thursday and they said wont be done till Saturday, went there Saturday and now it wont be done till 3 o'clock. Why wouldn't they bother to say so on Thursday, let alone 11 days ago when I first dropped it off. Not happy, not happy at all.
