North Arm Tourist Park

I was quoted $70 p/n 2A + 1C, when we got here they charged $80 p/n. The lady in the office was adament that she never quoted such a price, however after speaking to several other people staying at the park, they all had a similar experience. Either park management are misleading guests when taking bookings or the guests are making this up
We were eventually refunded $70 for the week.

Lovely small caravan park. Friendly helpful man at the front desk, good facilities and comfy feeling.

Very good caravan park. They have cabins you can hire for 60 dollars/night. We just needed a caravan parking site so it cost us 30 dollars. It is powered site, with public Toilets and showers as well as a communal kitchen. I think there might also be a grey/black water disposal place but not too sure. The couple who run that place are very sweet and accomodating.

Great quiet little park great prices, water and boats just across the road, aldi a short walk way stayed many times.

Five of us booked rooms here and received the confirmation email. When we were almost there, around 5pm, I wanted to tell them that we will arrive in an hour. If they want to close the door, they can leave us the key, The staff told us that they would not check in for us and would not wait for us, but they had not called us before and told us to cancel our order. As a result, we had no place to live later, because all hotel offices were closed and I am really angry.anyone can give me a suggestion where can we complain about this situation? We still keep all the evidence with us.

Great place to stay, the staff go above and beyond, accessible to everything, even a private jetty to leave your boat in during your stay.

Stayed for 8 nights over Easter. Great cvp. Quiet, clean and tidy. Great amenities. Owners friendly and helpful. Fabulous location with walking distance to parks, boat ramps, cafes, shops etc.

Absolutely perfect spot to stay. We stayed in a tent here with the kids for 4 nights. Management made our stay perfect by giving us a great sheltered site. Facilities are excellent and kept squeaky clean. Highly recommended. Hope to be back.

We love staying here! Second time up for out family.facilities are good and clean always. The owner's are friendly and allow us to have out little dog with us when camping. Kids friendly, nice pool. Cabins are great also. Jayco cabins. Mother in law stayed in it this time around and was great to cook and easy to keep clean. Highly recommended everyone to give North Arm a go. Book early though. Popular with regulars

A great caravan park in the best location in Lakes Entrance. Kerrie offered great service in booking for our visit to Lakes and in having to cancel due to Covid. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Clean tidy and well maintained. Greeting on arrival was good. Cabin clean and well equipped. Bed is clean and comfortable.

Perfect position across the road from the lake. A great place to kayak, SUP or take a charter boat and cruise around the lake.

This is a lovely park, very kind people managing it. The gentleman was very helpful to us as first time out for Motor Home after 8 months lockdown so some teething troubles which he very kindly helped us with. Gr8 spot opposite the water of Long arm. The Amenities are clean and brightly painted. The gardens are trim. All in all one of the best parks we have stayed in, and we have travelled all round Australia. Recommended Boat house cafe where we enjoyed 2 lovely lunches at this dog friendly cafe. We will BE BACK.

Although small, this is a tidy, clean and very welcoming park. Able to accommodate vehicles of all sizes.

Park is always clean and tidy. I stayed in the ensuite cabin, they are equipped with everything you need and are very clean.

Nice little tourist Park in central location.wslking distance to pretty much everything at lakes entrance.swimming pool, even got there own jetty, friendly and extremely helpful highly recommend

Amenities are extremely clean and well stocked. Lawns are well maintained and sites set out well. Proprietors very helpful and a good location. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice little park. Well positioned especially if you have a boat as mooring is available. Amenities older but very clean

When you are camping, you want flat ground and the sites not only have that, they are powered, cater for motorhomes, caravans, tents, and also have cabins. Facilities are great, bbq, kitchen, washing up area plus laundry, swimming pool, trees on the sites to help protect you from breezes. The staff are very friendly and take pride in what they do, excellent customer service. I'd take the family back again.
