This is by far our favourite Fish & Chips Take-Away place in Ballarat! The have great 'Pack' deals that are MEGA cheap. I get a Cray Stick Pack for $8 and there is enough for 2 people. (It includes Hot Crunchy Chips; 3 Cray Sticks; and 3 Potato Cakes.) And YES they have hot POTATO CHIPS! There is a wide variety of traditional 'Fish & Chips' at a very reasonable rate! This store is very clean! Staff are always polite! You are able to phone orders through - which is a good tip for when you are driving there and you know what you want to order! Be careful to get there before 8pm though as that is when they close!

Absolutely amazing food! Extremely lovely staff. Clean and hygienic. Very good prices. Have tried a few different places around town and have been disappointed by them, I will never go anywhere else.

The service was pretty good but the price was a bit on the expensive side. I got some flake and chips but the flake was very thin. Everything tasted alright though but I doubt I will be back

Terrible, Called and was told 20 mins wait time, 50 mins later I finally received our meal. I understand buisness is struggling under the current climate but why give a false time? No real apology and the food actually tasted like it had been cooked hours ago? Not sure I'd ever go back

Stood there at the counter for 5mins. Not even one staff member acknowledged me. I understand that you’re busy. But not even a glance, not even a smile, not even a hello Pathetic customer service. Walked out. I won’t bother next time. Shame on you

Great Fish & Chips. Finding a fish shop that does most things very well can be hard to find, these guys are great.
Excellent customer service too - even on Good Friday when extremely busy.
Will be a regular.

Owner squashes oil from fish instead of letting it drain, so fish ends up a bit flavourless. Chips are great.

Friendly and great people and the fish and chips are great. Lovely owner and always great food. Been going there for 20 years.never had anything but a great feed and great chat with the owner whilst I wait for my food. Pleasant experience always.

The staff are friendly and remember your name. The food is nice and well priced. It is located well for the area with good parking.

Great quality and reasonable quantity. I found this place not long ago and I am a regular now. So far, i had good experience every time. Absolutely recommended.
