Norlane Pizza

After over charging me for more than 12 months, instead of admiting they were wrong and compensating with free pizza they abused me, cursed at me and we're disgustingly rude. Their pizza gives you bad heart burn for days anyways, I only ate there out of laziness. Their shop is dirty, the owner is rude and tried hitting on my 10 year old godson. He makes me sick and should be jailed

I have eaten pizzas all over Australia and this would have to be one of the worst I will never go there again the pizza yeah I wouldn't have called a pizza I didn't have much in the way of toppings the chocolate cake yeah you might as well say it's something that I'd send to Werribee if you know what I mean by that comment and chocolate mousse and yeah about the same

Lovely customer service! We were having troubles with ordering on uber eats for a delivery to from QLD, to my uncle for his birthday, -they went out of their way to help make it happen.

I can honestly say I am beyond the point of angry I am actually hurt but the quality of the pizza from this place. There was no love put into making the pizza, it was poorly cooked and beyond inedible. Ingredients were thrown on like a pinyata exploding. The mushrooms were slimy, there was so much ham you might aswell put the whole pig on it. We threw it in the bin. I am disappointed that the owner is giving the restaurant such a bad name and I hope they change the management or get closed down for being a biohazard. Please do yourself a favour don’t buy from here.

Our workers always happy when we get pizza from these guys once a month. Worth the travel from banno and fair prices. 3 family pizzas always our go too photo attached.

1 star is an insult to ratings.
Pizzas were close to inedible. Dry more ham than base hardly any pineapple and what pineapple the was on the pizza had been through a dehydrator 3 times before going on the pizza. Tasted like ham was old and been out all day. Worst pizza ever

Mexican pizza loaded with mushrooms Uncooked onion no chilli powder lucky I added Jaleponos but even those had no taste, the 4 quarter came with all quarters the same and no cheese on either will never order again.

Literally 3 ounces of mushrooms ontop of my Mexican pizza. I know because I weighed them. I wouldn't buy this amount of fresh mushroom. Let alone to be thrown ontop of a Mexican with no care. I opened the lid and had mushroom falling everywhere. Before I removed a whole bowl there was still alot left. So disappointing.

Not only is your food absolutely terrible, but so is your service.you have customers who have paid for your food complaining about it and leaving reviews because they didn’t get the stuff they ordered, was undercooked, had little to no toppings and was missing stuff and just everything under the sun.and yet you owners reply to the reviews being nasty with attitude and it’s just disgusting and you guys need to get shut down, that’s no way to talk to your customers. AND WHEN people do ring you up to complain you don’t take any responsibility and blame it on the drivers when stuff gets delivered when it’s actually a you problem.grow up and don’t open a business if you’re not gonna do basic food safety and if you’re not gonna do your job right.

No ham on the parmi and the lasagna was burnt and horrible definitely not worth the $42 I spent never going there again the original owner should never have sold to him

The best pasta dishes I've had in the area. The place was lovely and clean with a homely feel that translated into the delicious food for the family and delivered
by friendly staff.

Overpriced for one.no toppings on the pepperoni, like no extra, there was sometimes only one tiny slice of pepperoni on a whole slice of pizza.so not generous at all

the Mexican has 0 cheese on it.after sifting thru the pizza I think I could see it right on the base of the pizza? Then all the toppings on top just freely floating about so iv pit my own cheese on and baking it in my own oven so that it can actually be eaten all together.thought most pizzas had cheese on top?

and the bbq pizza with salmon and ham? Or is it bacon? Not to bad tbh, but not great.why does noone is corio make good pizza anymore? How hard is it?
do the owners actually taste their own product?
I'm leaving this review because iv vowed to stop letting businesses keep selling there below average products and thinking there great.just a few more toppings and some cheese and this would have been a great pizza lol, maybe next time, if there ever is one.omgg just tasted the Mexican, no sauce on ot either, plain and yuk, I will never be back here.please retire, your absolutely cooked if you think you sell good pizza

Love the place and the owners are amazing, even when one nick names me trouble suits quiet well, great place for your local pizza and pasta but also family friendly, can't beat having a place to be yourself while getting dinner, great laughs and chats we have had and so much more.

Absolutely the worst Aussie and Hawaiian pizza I have ever tasted very dry no chesse and toppings fall off. $42 for two pizzas and a bottle of coke. I think frozen pizza from Woolworths is a lot better value than that tasteless and dry no chesse disgusting pizza. The cat wouldn’t even touch it.

Worst pizza I have ever had. No cheese on 3 of the 5 Fam pizzas and it wasn't cooked through. Tin Can mushrooms and thick globs of tomato paste.frozen cheese still on the margarita. Pasta was like glue and bland as all hell. Will never buy from here again. Do not recommend at all.

Took one bite of my pizza and threw the rest out, absolutely disgusting. The pizza actually smells terrible. Never buying or recommend this place again. I hope you guys shut down.

Carbonara take away box not very full and almost tasted pretty bad for a pasta shop. Guessing poor ingredients and quantities. Much better places to get good food.

Disgusting. The old dude was picking his nose while i was waiting for my order, the pizzas made us all ill and tasted bloody awful. Really disappointing and never going to go back!

Wow what happened? I've been eating donnybrook pizza since the mid 80's as a kid. I even told all of Melbourne that this pizza shop had the best pizzas by far. Tonight we ordered our most famous American and gladiator. I'm sorry guys but everything on the pizza has changed. Everything! Why has this been done? The American is nothing like the old one but to prove my point all the pizzas have Changed dramatically because wherever you're sourcing the ingredients they are extremely different. I'm sorry but when you eat the same pizza for 35yrs you know what pizza to expect. Tonight I came from Melbourne to eat the famous norlane pizza and was dissapointed. Maybe other people love it. Good luck and I hope you go back to your old recipe. Please let me know what you think of my thoughts. I love norlane pizza and I think since the 80's we've ordered thousands. I was handed a cold Supreme pizza straight from the oven. Still puzzled how that actually happened. Topping quantity and quality was fine but the pizza needed reheating.
