I want to thank Linda & Trinh for their professionalism throughout the buying and delivery process of my new living and dining furniture. From the moment I visited their showroom, they took the time to understand my requirements. They certainly made it easier for me and nothing was too much trouble. Their efficient email communciations on the progress of certain items I was waiting for, kept me informed along the way removing any concerns over the delivery timing. Once the furniture arrived and unpacked by their excellent delivery team (they removed all the packing materials too) I was overjoyed. The furniture fitted perfectly, the quality and styling is excellent and I'm extremely delighted. I have no hestitation in recommending the team at Nordik.

The customer service at Nordik Living was outstanding! The staff were quick to respond to my inquiries, made the process of selection and purchasing a breeze, and when things went a bit pear-shaped with the supplier, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I'll happily recommend Nordik to my friends and family and will definitely use them again in future!

Nordik has amazing customer service. I received the product on time. Updates were provided for every step. I was unable to visit their showroom. Their sales team took multiple photos of the product and emailed it to me. Overall very satisfied.

Gorgeous pieces with a beautiful selection of products on display. Linda and Trinh were very knowledgeable with their products and had perfect customer service. I wish the service was like this everywhere I go! I have looked at many stores in Melbourne and even online but Nordik definitely has the best prices for their high quality items. A major plus is that all of their oak range are responsibly sourced too. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a sleek and modern design.

We absolutely love our new dining table. We had it in our home the next day, after having the chance to check it was the right one for us. Great online buying experience, the team were really helpful on the online chat and helped me select great pieces. They even recommended that I had bought one piece too many and advised me to remove it. The furniture was delivered 2 days after purchase by 3 very helpful guys that assembled it all and took all the packaging away. The quality is great and overall I am really happy with NordikLiving. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Wasn't able to visit the showroom due to covid and they sent photos of the chairs and footrest, we were wanting to double check if it was all good before sending and then once confirmed, delivery was made on that day. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Nordik

These guys were awesome to deal with. I asked for photos of a different arrangement of items from the site and they sent them through promptly and great quality. I purchased the Georg table and I am currently waiting on the bench to match. The tables great quality and delivery was smooth and easy. Very happy with the service and products I received.
