The staff at Noonans were so amazing, I was after something in particular, and they went above and beyond to help me find that special piece! They were so lovely to deal with, and made the experience so special.

I got my ex a birthday present from there good friendly people but I split up with my ex now ive been looking at the watches might have to get one definitely guys you need a present for your missus they go out of there way to help you

Noonan's had a sale on recently and I tried on a beautiful ring but didn't buy it. I went back a couple weeks later and had a look around on the off chance it was still there. Much to my disappointed I couldn't find it. Cath asked how my day was and if there was anything she could help me with. I told her about how silly I was about not buying the ring, she asked what it looked like and if I maybe had a photo of it, which indeed I did. To my surprise the ring was in one of the back displays and I'd missed it. I was ecstatic and asked if I could buy it, she proceeded to tell me it was my lucky day and that it was meant to be. It got even better as she offered the ring to me at the sale price. I was honestly shocked but extremely grateful. Amazing friendly customer service. You won't find better.
