Noodle World reviews
23Amazing service. Went in 5min before closing and we’re happy to cook and serve. Thank you for the awesome service and food is amazing here! Had the Viet kuai teow last time and here I am again! Having the char kuai teow and decent well for the cost. Cheap efficient meal $17.7 for the drink and meal:)
My all time favourite noodle place! I wish I could replicate these guys and put them all over Australia so I had them everywhere I go. So quick, so amazing, always fabulous. Sucks when I’m not in Melbourne because I miss them so much!
Been throwing darts at the menu for months now, trying as many different dishes as possible. Have never had a bad dish and at ~$15 I keep coming back. Highly recommend trying the veggie dishes. Hope the girls see this one ️
I have been coming here for years and it has always been great value for money and delicious food. The staff are friendly, and there are not many places like this left, will always support these guys
I usually get the Wonton Soup
Great little spot for a wholesome meal! Cheap prices and great value, they cook everything fresh and serve it up for you nice and hot. It feels like a nice home cooked meal every time. Friendly fast service with a nice dine in atmosphere if you need to stop and recharge for a minute
I lived nearby for years but never tried this place until this past year. Big mistake on my part! The noodles are so delicious. Cheap prices, generous serves, huge variety. If they're busy, it can sometimes take a while, as they cook one dish at a time, however its always worth the wait. The Mongolian Noodles with Tofu is my personal favourite. I've now moved away from Southbank but will continue to pop by for takeaway whenever I can.
I love the vegetarian mi goreng noodles here. I have tried at Prahran as well but not good as here.
Great place for a quick takeaway work lunch. Their opening times are not consistent however, on my last visit they opened 12.45pm which is much later than advertised on the shop window (11am).
The food is great though and very reasonably priced.
Okay, so, I really wanted to give a good review because the lady there who served me was really lovely.
The dim sims were yum. The noodles were okay. I asked for something with noodle and vegetables and meat. She suggested combination noodle. Look, it was nice. There just wasn’t much of the vegetables and I wasn’t all that impressed.
I would give it another go so I’m giving 4 stars.
Nice place, about 30 types of veggies and meat are there in plates, you either pick whatever you want, or just refer to the menu and they'll cook it for you. The food tastes good, just make sure to pick the right sauce, you can ask them to reduce the oil or the dressing as well.
The food is fresh cooked and the ladies who operate this place are nice. The place looks a bit worn out that's why I gave it 4 stars but it has nothing less from a good street food restaurant. Recommended.
We ordered two types of noodle. One is malaysian noodle, the other one is fried noodles. I kinda forgot which one's which. Taste good and fresh. I will be back to try the fried rice.
Run by two women. Love their food. My favourite one is chicken fried rice. You can choose the veggies that you would like to add.
The food was awesome! Singapore Noodles and Coconut Steamed Rice were very tasty and full of fresh vegetables! Price is really great two. Dinner for two with left overs for $30. Can not go wrong.
I love the food here. The flavors remind me of home (i'm South-east asian). I also love that the food is freshly cooked -you can see them do it. Ive been in 3x this week ️
Scrumptious! Freshly cooked noodles while you wait. Everything is tasty. The staff are impeccably polite. Recommended!
Ripper place. Great fresh ingredients visible in display and selected as you order. Food tasty and great value.
Noodles are insanely good. Mi ca gau rai is my favourite, with egg noodles and clear refreshing broth. Quality is always 10/10 and staff are so friendly. Takeaway is super fast too!
Friendly service at this local Noodle World. Singapore Noodles, Fried Rice, Curry Laksa and Vegetarian Pad Thai are all on the short list of favourites. We enjoy eating at the outside tables or when its hot, inside where the air conditioning keeps us cool. Highly recommend.
Outstanding noodles, regardless the type, fast take away, good dine in area, low prices, and an absurd number of options, over thirty five different types, including Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Malaysian and Mongolian dishes, I admit it’s not the most beautiful shop, but at the end the taste is what we’re looking for, and they have the best noodles in south Melbourne.
Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Has always been on point and cannot complain one bit about the food.
