Noodle Plus

This is my favourite restaurant on Monash Clayton campus! The spicy fish noodle soup is my go-to. As a regular, the staff are friendly and I have gotten to know them over the years. Delicious, affordable food for students. Thank you for your service!

The food was affordable and very filling. I got there around 6.30 pm, and the place got very busy, which is always a good sign. The staff was all working hard, and I could see that they all knew what they were doing, which is rather uncommon today. I would definitely like to go again. They can definitely work on making their atmosphere a bit more evocative, but with food that good, they might not need to.

Located conveniently on campus with a good variety of food for an affordable amount. I recommend this place for people who have a hole in OUR pocket.

Noodle Plus is frequented by international students. The takeout they sell can depend on the day, but most of their bestselling stuff can be found every day. Their Salt & Pepper Chicken and Mapo Tofu seems popular with students.

My only complaint is that the rice tastes funny when they serve you rice from the blue tub. I’m not sure why this is. Also that their chilli chicken has fragments of bones floating around in the oil, making it annoying to eat.

Outside that, you can buy noodle bowls, though you wont get to choose your sides for them.

Nice lunch price starting from 7.50 AUD. Very similar to Nasi Kandar or zhap fan that you will find in Malaysia.

Noodle Plus is the best Chinese on campus. International students eat here too, so it must be good.

As a frequent Monash Clayton visitor, I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of food outlets catering for different tastebuds. Here’s one that does not make a hole in the pocket. So far I ate on 3 occasions during lunch - twice with mixed rice with 2 and 3 dishes which I requested to be served on a plate since I am dining in and another time ordered the Chinese style chicken rice. All are delicious in my view. Will go back again.

I love their food and the service. I always choose this restaurant after my classes. But last time I went there to order, I just forgot that you need to pay first and then tell them what you want. When the friendly woman remind me, I realized it and said sorry, just forgot. Suddenly a man said: you wanna do “dine and dash” (eat and run) I was so shocked, I know maybe it’s just a joke, but it is really rude for me. Sometimes don’t joke with your customers in an inappropriate way.

It should be closed at 1600 on Saturday. But I arrived at 1530 and it was closed. I will lodge a formal complaint to school. Food is good. Staffs are friendly. Prices are ok.

Good restaurant with very nice traditional Asian food and with so many lovely choices. It locates on the ground floor in a small place but it has well managed staff. Be happy after eating their food.

Place is good, I always go there as well, just fyi a one star because I want to let everyone know NEVER LET THE GUY WITH THE GLASSES SERVE YOU, he gives nothing, a large plate will literally has less food than a small plate, not worth the money. And it's not a once or twice thing, I went there multiple times to "test my luck" and fkn hell he ripped me off so many times

Serves very tasty asian foods, i really like the honey chicken and salt pepper chicken. It tastes really nice! And the service also good, soo. Keep it up. One of the best food at Monash

I have been to Noodle Plus a few times, they serve very tasty Asian food at reasonable price. The staff are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I would love to give this place a 4 or 5 stars. But the let down point is the their boss lady. Seems she doesn't care about the customer service at all. I have seen the boss lady is quite rude to her customers. Customer not just paying for food, they also paying for the service. Will not go this place again for bad customer service.
