I've been coming to this place since I moved here, many years before covid. The owners have changed now but the recipes are still the same. It takes time to master recipes that aren't your own. (And it's almost like perfecting your own parents dishes. They don't always turn out exactly like you remember) and that's fine. One day they could be ever better than what you remember.
So don't go judging something so soon.
This stuff takes time
