Noodle Hub reviews
23Our go to rice and noodle shop for years now and never disappoints! Always a little busy so be ready to order a good 45 minutes ahead maybe more during peak times! The foods brilliant so definitely worth the wait!
Food's good and reasonably priced. Be careful of the advised wait times, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. The young staff who take the orders over the phones almost always underestimate wait times.sometimes by a lot!
Ordered noodles (vegetarian satay and Mongolian beef) and both were phenomenal. 5 stars for food.
I’d love to know if you are still open or just picking and choosing days?
I’ve tried 3 times to come over the last 2 weeks and not even a note the last time.
Disappointed
As a noodle lover I thought this place would be awesome but was met with some very salty noodles and a long wait time.
Food is nice and consistent. Prices have gone up a lot. Wait time is always 45 minutes minimum regardless of what they say.
Wontons are highly recommended.
Great flavours in noodles. Could do with better mix of vegies if Im being critical, which is hard to be considering the flavours of the food. The cook seems to be grumpy most of the time. His wife is very pleasant though, and service is great.
Very quick from order to having them in your hand.
Constantly leave you waiting, every time they say 20-30minute and it’s always 45minutes - 1hour minimum…
Customer service is awful from the owners (the kids do the best they can, but have next to no help or guidance)
The food is good, expensive though and isn’t not good enough to consistently wait for and the bad business management
Liam Jackson very good worker. 100% recommend going there to experience the very great satay chicken dish.
The dishes are quite good to be honest but the prices have skyrocketed to $16.80 for one noodle box.
Chinese restaurant dishes are cheaper than that in Box Hill or Glen Waverley
Also the owner/chef is so cranky, I feel sorry for the kids working with him
Well was there on the weekend got a couple noodle dishes and rice was all very yummy indeed have too travel past a few noodle shops this is the best one cheers guys yummy eating
Just ok. Rice is hit and miss sometimes gluggy. Skimping on the beef in the noodles top dollar and not enough beef. Also I spend 70 dollars in store and you charge me 3 dollars for prawn crackers? Not good enough
Let us order 10 minutes before closed when everything was already packed up, great customer service and even better quality of food, would highly recommend this place!
The food is amazing.we order from there weekly and never had any issues
I recommend the honey chicken or sweet/sour pork with their special fried rice
Ordered satay beef noodles.meat tender, satay not too hot, beautiful flavour, lots of sauce so not dry. Definitely go there again.
So disappointed with Noodle Hub now. They used to be our favorite noodle place but over a year ago their quality went downhill fast. Basically just get a box of plain noodles, 3 bits of veggies and 2 pieces of meat/tofu and hardly any sauce. Take your money elsewhere, the owners seem to have lost interest in their customers.
Always friendly. Never been bad. My wife always wishes there were more vegies. We've ordered without noodles before and done our own at home. That seems to help with the vegetable ratio.
Terrible. Beef and black bean had 4 pieces of beef and a few pieces of bok choy stalk, mostly noodles. Same for mongolian beef. Both burnt too.
This is certainly our favourite in the area
Well priced and everything seems pretty fresh!
They have Eftpos which some others don't so that is certainly a benefit!
Asked for vegetarian but seems they don’t really put vegetables in the dish. Only has a extremely small amount of onion and capsicum. Sauce was tasteless and dish was very dry. Partner asked for extra hot spicy noodles and was only going to give us medium had to insist on extra hot spice
