Noodle Box Pakenham reviews
18Man this was one of the best noodle boxes i been came with the family and it was cooked to perfection and staff is very friendly. Definitely will be coming back!
Even though I got a vegetarian noodles there were not a lot of veggies in it. Otherwise the sources in the noodles were very nice and they were very hot
Extremely disappointing!
All dishes were dry, little to no vegetables and lacked flavour.
Definitely not worth what they charged.
However the vegetable spring rolls were absolutely delicious, they're worth 5 stars!
Ordered the firecracker chicken, was bland & tasteless, most definitely not spicy.
Rude service too
The lowest quality service the staff needs training they have no idea what is going on totally unaware on how poor their services are. I met like minded customers complaining to me about their experience, this store won't last long. Today I walked in staffs lounging around like on the couch at home without a clue in their eyes. Even to operate a till took me 2 staffs10 mins just to pay my bill not even an apology at the end. I owned 4 successful noodle bar in the past never seen a franchise so poorly run Noodle Box need to address this right away or are they going down the tube.
The staff were very friendly people. Unfortunately the food was average, the Pad Thai was terrible.
Absolutely beautiful. Food was amazing and the service was outstanding, definitely the best I have ever experienced
Chinese sweet & sour chicken served on fluffy white rice, or in other words "Burnt chicken & pineapple on soggy overcooked rice"
Overall average. Chicken dimsims and spring rolls were great.
However I came for noodles which had next to NO flavour and the meat was very CHEWY the dish was the new Thai Beef & Broccoli. I live only a few streets away and the noodles didn't seem to have a great deal of heat.
People behind the counter seemed out of their depth. I ordered dumplings and they were raw and dry. I also ordered a sweet and sour but it was a plain soy sauce flavour without pork belly which I paid extra for.
No "wok flavour", undercooked (squid, and some veg was raw), food was cold when we got home (when it was 888, food was still very hot when we get home). Not worth $20 for a create your own regular (added pork belly for $2 and it tasted a bit weird)
Noodles were dry little to no vegetables or chicken in meals,
asked for no hot sauce food came with loads of hot sauce.
Also didn't realise till we got home they missed a order.
I have ordered a few times since the store opening as noodle box is a family favourite in my house!
Each time it’s made it’s completely different (seems very hit or miss).
Hoping things have improved I revisited the store tonight ordering the Thai beef and broccoli with extra broccoli as we’ve learnt it’s very scarce, So we specifically ordered extra. But our entire BIG bowl serving had a total of 3 pieces of broccoli!
The entire dish was undercooked which wasn’t pleasant eating raw onion! The food was completely dry and generally hard to eat let alone finish. The serving seem to be lacking all of the ingredients and are made of mostly noodles which is disappointing as we are regulars at noodle box and know this is far from how these dishes should be.
Customer service is good but the food here needs improvement asap!
No number to call them… seriously l needed to take antihistamine because you put chilli in my fried rice tonight. This has now happened twice. The first time l let it go but this time your food has made me sick. I will be returning for a full refund. I would have called but you have no way in contacting you.
I honestly wouldn't look at the negative reviews at All
I saw the reviews and I still gave this place a go, and I must say i was not disappointed at all. Food was fresh my noodles were freshly cooked and the prawn crackers were crispy and delicious in a cute bag it comes in.
There noodles have a different spice to it I must admit but It still hits the spot.
Must try the noodles with a red bull such a good combination. He also gave me a large portion after already paying for a small he was happy to make a large out of kindness.
Made my entire night.:)
Been here twice in the last few weeks, first time was really good! This time there were items missing from my order and the prawn crackers were so stale you couldn't eat them. Really disappointing, hopefully it's a once off
The food was average, quite expected from a franchisee, where flavours are standardised and dishes have little variation. Ordered Mongolian and Teriyaki but both had Thai basil in them.
The service was prompt. From placing order to delivery, was under 5 mins. On a day when hunger matters, this slightly over-priced take away makes for a satisfying meal.
