Noodle Box

Never had a bad meal from here. I recommend the new roast pork dish. Absolutely delicious with a tiny bit of spice, workers are always super friendly and don’t mess around! I only give a 4 as it is in an annoying location during busy peaks.

Flavour was good and serve was generous, need to work on the balance. Thai beef and broccoli was a giant tub of noodles, a reasonable serve of beef but only 2 pieces of broccoli!? ! My friends vegetarian noodle box was similarly devoid of anything other than noodles and sauce, only 1 piece of green plus a pea.
Noodles didn’t come in the noodle box I was expecting, but a generic tub with plastic lid.
Shop looks like they’re only half invested in making the place look decent. Seriously! Give the place a good clean, take your boxes out to the recycling and clean the walls and windows.
Needs improvement to keep going in this competitive strip.

Perhaps the worst Mongolian Beef I’ve ever had, totally flavourless, greasy, very low quality beef and made me ill afterwards. Not up to usual Noodle Box standards.

Amongst all the noodle box restaurants, this is probably one of the best one.i ordered the nasi goreng and special fried rice.generous amount of meat and veggies in it.love it.brings back so much memories growing up!

Quite disappointing. Ordered takeaway via UberEats on Friday night. For the $60 I spent on a meal for 2, the food was terribly average. I ordered the Mongolian beef. The meat itself was grey and bland, drizzled in a watery sauce. My partner ordered the sweet and sour chicken, which was marginally better, but we found a short black hair in the rice (we both have dyed hair). Saving grace was the fried chicken dim sims, but unfortunately that nicety was overshadowed by glaring mediocrity. Likely won’t get it again.

OILY and inedible!
We have been buying meals here for a long time, but this time the food was utterly disgusting. So much oil in the KT and Nasi Goreng that it had soaked through the boxes, and the napkins, and the carry bag. Those meals tasted of so much oil that we were unable to eat them.

They did give a refund (at least the service was good when I returned the meal), but the family still feels ill.

Not certain whether we will _ever_ go back.

I have ordered black pepper beef add 4 dollars for extra chicken from Uber eats. No cutlery No beef.

Ordered at 5: 45pm, it is now almost 7: 45pm and no sign or response. If I could give less than one star I would.

Bad experience. This branch of noodle box did not seem to have any idea of their $5 special for a small serve of noodles. Their special was advertised as part of international noodle day on 6th Oct. I was at Hawthorn branch at 11: 45am on that day and was told no such offer. Messages to Noodle Box Facebook messenger unanswered.

It tastes 5 stars but this place is in Hawthorn and it's more of a student area, so it's a bit too expensive for a student living on his own

Honestly, no flavour at all and extremely overpriced.

A mountain of flavourless noodles and not much else, maybe 3 prawns and 2 pieces of broccoli.

So disappointing.

Meal was delicious. Was told it would be 10 mins & it was 25 mins, which was too long to wait.

Worst cook ever, ordered garlic prawn noodles big box but can’t find any garlic on it, ordered honey soy chicken big box but cannot taste any honey soy. Not recommending noodles box hawthorn now

Amazing noodles and authentic taste. Not enough dine in place but can’t complain as food taste real awesome.

Unprofessional staff
Staff said need to wait 10 minutes, but I wait 30 minutes. Also, they still didn’t prepare my food when I wait 30 minutes. However, I very angry and ask why still didn’t prepare. Then the staff said that if you feel unhappy, you didn’t order.

Hadn't eaten Noodle Box in a while and it was really good. Noodles and rice dishes had a lot of flavour and ordering online let me customise the boxes. Kids loved the prawn crackers too!

Hadn't ordered from this place for a while and was very disappointed today. They had a buy-one-serve-get-one-free offer for the pork wontons, and I did not receive the extra portion (they were pretty good, definitely the best part of the meal so I'm disappointed that I missed out). Also the noodles had very, very little sauce and therefore were just bland. Not sure if something went wrong in the kitchen today?

Just the best! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and food is really good. I Would recommend it!

Terrible, ordered Nasi Goreng, the rice is literally not cooked, it's hard and flavours were hardly there. Worst one I've ever tasted, will not be going back. Plus i never received my receipt, where is my free meal?
