Noodle Box

Just ordered fried rice. Possibly one of the worst I've ever had. Bland and hardly any other ingredients except for white rice. Will not be ordering again.

Usually my food from here is good but tonight I ordered in-store Nasi Goreng and got my food home and realised they had given me a very plain boring fried rice. Will eat here again but will be making sure the order taker actually hears what I order correctly.

I love ordering from here but I just wanted to let the guys know that the need to add a lot less bean shoots in their fried rice to bulk it out. There could be more peas,
Pork & prawns I feel like I’m gonna choke if I don’t chew more than I should with fried rice. But other than that their satay noodles are bomb!

Awesome, quick, and friendly service! Lady who worked at the front counter/kitchen was happy to make adjustments to my order! Delish food! I got the chicken pad Thai and nasi goreng!

Extremely pathetic, disgusting and racist customer service. The people there did not understand the order when being told and yelled and shouted at me. When I asked why are you shouting at me they shouted at me even more, without even listening to me. All they were saying is “we are busy just take the food and go “. This is not at all acceptable. They behave in one way to me but and was trying to be nice to people with different skin color. I felt horrible after their service.

Ordered a ‘choose your own adventure’ for lunch where you pick your noodle or rice, protein, veggies and sauce. They gathered the ingredients and cooked in an open kitchen. Super quick and delicious. Recommended.

I only ordered as was a sale and thought "oh it's a chain it's probably not great noodles. " and I was wrong, I feel bad I pre-judged them as my noodles were great (still piping hot after a 10 minute delivery.). I ordered the vegan pad thai and vegan fragrant Mongolian, the Mongolian was my favorite and will definitely be ordering it again.

Really nice food, first time there, was a bit disappointed we didn't get offered the meal deal which would have saved us money, will know next time.

Was acknowledged as soon as i walked in store. Client wanted a meal from here, but had changed of mind last minute, as she didn't want to risk having something with bad reviews. But I will go in after work to try for myself tomorrow, and review on taste. 5 star's for service at this stage.

Always good food. So quick after ordering too.

It's a small place so eating in means sitting at the window bench. There are plenty of outdoor tables that are good to sit at.

I ordered 2 dishes through ubet Eats yesterday.

1 x Chinese honey soy

1 x Chinese sweet and sour pork (small option)

The total came to $51, you read correctly, $51!

I was shocked at the quantity of food for that price.

The pork dish had 8 small pieces of pork and the remainder rice. The food was well below a hot temperature.

I feel like this needs to be made example off and educate fellow readers of this restaurants poor standards.

I won't be eating at this restaurant ever again.

Extremely disappointed.

The Thai pork belly is amazing! Highly recommend it. Have gotten take out from here a few times and the noodles and customer service are always great.

Orderd the Black Bean Hocking Noodle with Beef the largest size
And pretty much like 4 tiny bits of Beef not enough meat. Definitely not going back. Plus seeing in the reviews with your response is apologies well your reviews says it all should have not gone plus please don't be apologising to me ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

I’ve been getting noodle box for a while now and I’ve never had an issue with this shop. I love that they let you customise your own box without judgement and are always really friendly when I go in. I’ve seen the shop when it’s busy and quiet however at the peak times, everyone works really hard to get the orders out. Absolutely love the food here. Thank you guys for every meal I’ve had. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

What a rip off 2 big garlic prawns and rice, $45 8or9 prawns total.
Then I try salt n pepper squid which was friggin soaked in oil $9,9pieces
Give me half a match box size of mayonnaise container!
Thought I'd finish with the special rice and I find a hair in it.
Rice was so oily to, oil sitting at bottom of box.
My lips are all greasy from this shiznick

In general in all food services!
Very bland tasting food compared to other Asian places i'v eaten at.
Disgusting food compared to poons Footscray or thua-an sunshine.

Disgusting. Without exaggerating it was the worst, tasteless and most bland food I’ve had in my life. Lack of meat in meals and whatever meat was there, was of a terrible quality. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get in return. Will never order from here again.

Long time noodle box fan, in comparison to brisbane locations - absolutely nowhere. Noodles were bland, sauce was watery. Never again

After so many -ive reviews it was a risk to try food from here.
Ordered triyaki chicken noodles and prawn noodles it was ok
Staff said chicken and beef was Halal but I've doubt on it

Greedy for money and a little deceptive, not to mention rude! $23 for a large box. $23! For takeaway noodles! That was including a 10% p/h surcharge. And they were not even any good. I also ordered large fries, which I cancelled because he tried to charge me for two small ones, which was more expensive, claiming the system wasn’t able to process a large size When I became tired of his attitude I asked him to refund the fries. Just an overall terrible experience. Will never return and would never recommend.
