Noble Park Skatepark reviews
26Great space for a fun family day with the playground nearby - park has enough room so that the beginners (us) don’t feel like we are in the way of the more seasoned pros
Skatepark is too good, nice play area, swimming as well and very closed to restaurants and shops
There's plenty of space to do anything with young children and older kids to practise
It's hard not to love this skate park if you are a kid (or parent of one) who loves to scooter, skate or bike ride. What a great space and something to enjoy for all levels. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves for about an hour on a Saturday morning. We spent another hour or so at the Ross Reserve playground down the road. Plenty more to do within walking distance if you wanted to spend the day there (aquatic centre, all-abilities play equipment, shops and restaurants across the road as well as the train station).
Nice. Smooth. Someone must have swept it. Beginners and more advanced skaters can both have a good time here.
Couple bowls.clean. Excellent for those who do that. (plz see attached photos) The street section is all banks. Which I like but others may differ in opinion. There is 1 odd looking free standing quarter but it's not great. Where was this when I was growing up?
Toilets in/next to the carpark. Train station across the street. Servo, supermarket? , and plethora of other shops close by. Not to mention few footy ovals and soccer pitches and decent kids playground down the back a bit.
Excellent place for the little kids and also available Gym equipments, good for feat people to do exercises
Great simple but less is more kinda Skate Park as great as Dandenong skate park on Hemmings Road, Princess Highway Dandenong. Used to BMX ride there when I was little great memories!
A nice park for skateboard and scotters for children to go on it and have a nice fun safe time.can be a bit busy during the school holidays and most weekends but definitely a nice place for the skateboard and scotters.
Huge Park with something for everyone. Good mix for beginners through to experts. Biggest bowl I've ever seen!
One of the best skateparks in Melbourne, always packed and that can be either a good or bad thing. The people there are usually chill aswell but can have the occasional loudmouth.
Excellent skatepark right near Noble Park train station. Plenty of different obstacles for beginners right through to advanced users. Young kids should be actively supervised as there are BMX riders most days that use the snake run and most don't have brakes. Decent street section with ledges, rails and stair sets. Small open bowl at the top of the snake run is good for beginners.
There are also toilets nearby and a basketball court and outdoor gym area too. If you head down Memorial Drive, there is also a brand new all abilities play space too. Coles and 7/11 are across the road if you're looking for a bite to eat.
Great park to practise skating. Always busy in evening. People between age 5-30 mostly can be seen skating. Nice place
Great skate park, fully gated. Big and spread out. Basketball Court right next to it, Noble Park train station 1 minute walk away, 7/11 and Coles right across the road. Public toilets too.
Awesome park. Heaps of different terrain for all skill levels and styles of skateboarding. Ultra smooth concrete and for the most part it's very clean. A must visit for every skater.
Quite like this park. It has a lot of open space and a variety of different 1/4 pipes, transitions, bowl sizes and ledges.
Each of the different shapes surfaces (wedges, curves, steps) have a well made incline so they are nice to ride and not jolting or whippy to ride.
Good for beginners or more advanced skaters.
Lights also stay on quite late at night.
I’ve been to this skatepark about 15 times, and it’s absolutely amazing. Definitely not a beginner park though, as the majority of the ramps and obstacles are advanced. As an intermediate rollerblader, I’d say the best aspects about this park for me would be the mint skating surface, the big bowl, and the absolutely perfect snake run. Defo give this park a go if you haven’t been before.
For Beginners: Low rails and ledges and a mini as part of the snake pit.
For everyone else: Hubba's and down rails all over the place, lots of different heights to work grinds on quaters, rails and ledges. Only things that are missing are a decent funbox (there is a tiny one) and a proper tabletop.
Great skatepark to practice at! Its always large so lots of space especially if you're still learning. Everyone's usually considerate and lights don't go out until late!
One of the best skateparks in Melbourne. Has street course and the two bowls. Transitions are good, coping is positioned correctly, surfaces are smooth and clean. There is lighting for night time use - although the lights get turned off later in the night, time varies. Plenty of parking, has public toilets. Easy to get to via train or bus.
Great concrete park with an 11 foot deep kidney bowl, a snake run and a variety of banks and quarter pipes. The park is floodlit for skating at night and is close to local shops for food and drinks. The park is used by a mix of skaters, scooters and bmxers. It can get quite busy and often has a lot of young children on bikes and scooters so you have to be really careful to avoid collisions.
