My mother had her wedding dress cleaned, staff were great and the dress came back super clean. No issues and the service was great.

We had our doona tagged, placed in a different bag and returned to us but not cleaned at all. Still had the stain and smell which was the reason for it being dropped off. Very disappointing to pay for a service and being given back our item still dirty.

Do not use their service, came here with a blazer and received back all the metal clasps have been broken off. When I asked what happened she said I don't know. I was not warned of a possibility of my mother's blazer which she cherishes very much to be damaged. We as customer give her our beloved belongings to be taken care of and be returned in without damage. I strongly recommend you look for dry cleaning service elsewhere.

I took my wedding dress here and 4 suit jackets and they all came back great. It is very reasonably priced. I came in and she asked to work on my wedding dress for longer and it came back so clean (I got married on a rainy day so the dress was very dirty)

Just picked up my expensive doona recently and there were several stains that wasn't there before. Also, the label containing the brand and care instructions was gone with no trace of it's tear. The lady in the shop was very rude when I complained and showed her the doona. Warning-take a photo of your goods in front of them before availing of their services.

Just picked up my Daughter's very expensive Doona from this place and it has a big brown patch that wasn't there before and the smell of chemical that has been is over bearing. The brown stains now on the Doona is the chemical they have used, the white part of the doona doesn't smell. The lady in the shop said the brown marks where already on there and they had to use chemical to clean it. Very rude and not good at their job.

My partner just picked us jacket up today and when I open my jacket to check before use it. Then I have seen a white stain inside my jacket. That’s is really bad because it should be clean? And They took one week to clean and still do really bad job. I’m really upset I wish I could give a zero star. Please don’t come here. Not recommend because Waste your money and time.

I have been using this dry cleaner for years and they have never disappointed. Amazing friendly service with great quality dry cleaning. Recommend to all friends and family

Super nice and friendly staff. At first I didn't want to go because of the negative comments but when I did the service was actually excellent. Don't listen to othes, see it for yourself. And the price is suitable for the service.

BEWARE. Taken my item to this so called dry cleaner.after inspection I realised that it had been damaged a part ripped from its cord, seems like it got caught in the machine. I returned to the store. The Asian woman I dealt with the day before denied any damages caused.no refund or apologies. Rude.liar.deceiving people. THESE SORT OF SCUM BAGS NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY! !

I rate this store 5 stars because of the excellent customer service that is provided. There is a negative review by the name of Fred LEFEBURE and I was a customer who witnessed this obnoxious person called Fred bully and shout disrespectfully at the lady owner behind the counter. I stood up for the lady and decided to do this post because the store actually does provide very good service and I have been patronising this business for over 10 years. I highly recommend this store.

Do not ever go to this dry cleaner.
They take your money do nothing.
I gave my jacket and skirt to dry clean last Wednesday and picked up it today.
I showed the Asian women there are still marks on my skirt when I picked it up today and she said everything don’t come out even it dry cleans. Jeez that’s the first time I heard it.
I came home and checked the jacket,
omg, sweat smell is still there and dog fur was still there,
I took it back and showed her and she said I expect too much and they don’t clean inside jackets. She said they
Put garments in to a machine to clean it.
She was happy to take my $15.00 but not to clean it.
I asked her could she clean it properly again and she said I have to pay again $15.00 and argued with me.
If any one wants go there to get your clothes dry clean from these people you should be absolutely stupid. Do not give your good clothes to them.
Eveb my skirt now is a different colour is what it used to be.

They charged $90 just to press 3 curtains (not even clean). And they came back only slightly better; still full of creases. Their service is terrible, find somewhere else.

Thieves. I had a gold necklace in my jacket pocket that was gone after picking it up from this place. Unfortunately I only realised that the necklace was in the jacket a few days after it was dry cleaned so i couldn't say anything. I read a similar review prior to using this place which I should have listened to!
