One of the employees, Lucas, was extremely rude whilst speaking to me last week. It is a great pool but this ruined my overrall experience.

I bought two general admission tickets paying $17 and went with my two year old son and wife to use the pool around 3.30 and the price I paid to use the pool as long as we want but around 4.00pm kids classes started and one of lady teacher told us to leave the pool immediately in a very rude and unpleasant way (she commanded actually). She was not even listen to me and shows her unprofessionalism and one of manager at the time told he will give us a pass to use next time and gave our own tax invoice (I don’t know even it can use next time). As I need my son to join the swimming classes but never do it because of this kind of personnel show their real act towards our kids too. Date-10/07/2023

Would normally give 5 stars, but early mornings now are bedlam. 4 lanes taken up by a squad, very little room for members and public. Not good enough for the regulars. 4 lanes is way too many. Very unhappy customer now.

Not pleased. The lifeguards are not friendly at all; they give you the death gaze. They are extremely rude in their interactions with others.

Nice place but terrible life guards. They care more about whether your holding onto the lane dividers than if your drowning or not. Me and my cousins were playing in the pool, mind you there were 4 of us, none of us could touch the ground and only 2 of us were decent swimmers (not including me). My cousins pool noodle slipped from beneath her and she began to drown, it took us 15 seconds to bring her to the edge, and by that time she had swallowed a lot of water and fallen under many times. She was flailing her arms around and screaming yet the life guards saw nothing? Seriously, you have one job to do and you can't even do that right. My poor cousin had to sit down for 30 minutes and didn't have any fun. She was terrified to get into the water again. She finally decided to get in again only this time she only realised she didn't have her pool noodle after she got into the water and started drowning again. I tried helping her by pulling her up but it only ended in me drowning aswell as my pool noodle slipped away and she tried lifting herself onto my head. We both eventually got out but had to leave because we swallowed too much water and got sick, and again. Absolutely no life guard in sightm and when we told them, the woman said "well I'm gad you guys are okay now" gave us a dirty look and left. Do better.

Noble Park aquatic centre is OK being catered for young children and school children. There's a 50m lap pool and hot indoor pool. BBQ is available in complex for your lunch. Get there early to grab a good spot for you.

I live over an hour away rang the place and they said that the slides were open so I went there and when I came they were shut.

Great place. Thanks for providing this service in my local suburb. Staff are awesome. Can’t wait for the gym to open!

If you have a look around the edges of the small inside pool it has a thick grime all around the pool edges which is gross, it needs to be cleaned properly. The showers need to be scrubbed with bleach to get rid of the mould because it’s not hygienic to keep mould on the floors, walls of the showers. It could do with a bigger inside pool as it gets busy and overcrowded quickly.

Great place for kids and parents. My little one enjoys her swimming lessons with her instructor.

The place is better from last time I've been there but disappointed with the lifeguard. So my son was in the kids pool and there was no other people in that pool but my son and I was in the baby pool with my 20 months old and I happen to notice my son was struggling in the deep end because he doesn't know how to swim and I quickly acted and got him out from the pool. I happened to look at the lifeguard and he didn't even acknowledge what just happened and walked along the pool like nothing has happened! As a parent this was a very scary moment for me. I mean your a lifeguard you need to be more alert of your surroundings and notice a distress child in the water and act ASAP. But it wasn't in my case! I was really disappointed with the lifeguard, like your getting paid to do your job, do the job right! I think they really need to be educated well for them to do their job as a lifeguard. Never going back there again!

Not happy. The lifeguards are not nice at all, they are so rude they give you a death stare. They are so rude with the way they talk to anyone. I had witness a little boy in distress. Mind you at the time there was only 3 kids in the kid pool, I saw a little boy in distress at the deeper end of the pool his mum was with the baby in the shallow end and this boy clearly was close to drowning and the lifeguard did nothing to assist this child. This lifeguard surely needs more teaching because if you see a child in destress you act fast not just walk along the pool side. Won't be coming back again due to lifeguards. Lifeguards need to be more educated

My daughter does her swimming lessons here, her teacher is really nice. She loves the park and also loves to play in the big pool. Wish the kids pool was bigger but still a really good pool! They also have a BBQ outside which is great aaannnddd there is a really awesome park and skate park outside.

It's a fun pool with lots to do. We were there for a few hours and my daughters had fun (but what kid doesn't have fun in water).
But the lifeguards were so inconsistent. One in particular kept telling me off but was letting others do the exact same thing. My daughter just wanted me to play on the splash park with her but adults aren't allowed on even though we're supposed to be within arm's distance of children under 5.

Will not be coming back,
Rang to ask if water slide was open, when we arrived to pay was told by staff water slide wasn’t opened.
We paid so kids can enjoy them selves and get cool, only thing the life guards need to be more friendly or need to do classes in how to talk to people, unprofessional and very rude these lifeguards are on a power trip, they need to be nicer.

My mate accidentaly splashed some water one of the lifeguards shoes and he started swearing at us and kept saying he was going to "F us up" (we are under the age of 15). Then he called the manager over and we told the manager what he said and before even speaking to the lifeguard he denied it all and told us we should shutup. Completely unprofessional lifeguard and manager.

One of the cleanest pools that I've swam at. Great outdoor pool that's 28 degrees. Looks like there's some renovations happening to further improve this great complex. It's also next to an awesome skate park, all next to a train station! Well done Greater Dandenong City Council for the funding that's been injected. Only reason why It didn't get the 5 stars is I haven't used all the facilities and I'm curious to know what extensions are occurring. So far enjoying the experience thoroughly.
