1 DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He promised to us that he could fix all the problems with our roof and we gave him the job according to his quote. He said he would finish the job within 2-3 weeks while we were away for holidays. However, when we came back, he didn't finish the job and didn't come back. He didn't even do a third of the job he was supposed to do and he changed his mind not to continue because it was a hard job for him even though he came to investigate the roof and he promised.
When we came back from the holiday, we found that there was a hole on the ceiling of the study room and the new carpet was all wet and the ceiling got mold. We paid him $4000 while we were away, so he could continue and finish the job, but it was a waste of money for what he did. We wouldn't have given him the job if he was not capable of doing it. He's not professional at all.
