His extensive knowledge of not only pest control, but roofing as well, helped me to make an informed decision on the best way to solve my issue of birds in the roof cavity. No one wants to deal with pests, but having someone on your side who understands how to solve the issue makes everything a little less stressful. Amazing customer service from start to finish! Emma was very knowledgeable - when I booked an inspection, she was able to give me a good indication of the problem and the likely cost just from looking at photos. She really put my mind at ease. They were also able to send someone out the next day. Simon came out to both inspect and perform a preventative treatment and he was really patient with answering all of my questions. I felt like I had a really good understanding of this issue throughout. He got stuck at another job and I was kept well informed about the estimated time of his arrival. The price was also about $1000-2000 less than another quote that I received and the inspection was around $200 less than another large pest control company. Would highly recommend Noah's Ark!

Extremely happy with the services of Noah's Ark. Much communication throughout, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I was sure I had termites and was up for thousands. Noah's Ark advised slow eating borers away from home and no further action needed other than keep the firewood away from the home. Honesty indeed. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Great info from the first call with Emma after I noticed a tree in the backyard that had been eaten by mystery bugs. Booked in an inspection for 3 days later.
Even got an sms on the day prior to the organised time just to inform me of the ETA.great little touch there, makes it easier to organise my day.
Simon was awesome and provided lots of info during his inspection (which was a good outcome as it wasn't termites). He inspected the whole house too. Had a great chat along the way.top guy! Would definitely recommend.

We recently bought a new home that seemed absolutely perfect until we'd moved in. I made a call to Noah's Ark Pest Control regarding what I suspected to be termites in and around the backyard veranda. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Emma, was extremely helpful and professional, able to answer all of my questions and more. Not what you normally get with other places these days! I was very impressed with the quoted price.seems very reasonable considering what your money gets you! I booked in an appointment with full confidence that our problem would be solved. The man who came out, Simon, was very friendly and efficient. It didn't feel like having a tradie at our house, it felt more like having a friend or good neighbour over. Simon really knew his stuff and he explained exactly why the termite problem had started. They also follow up to make sure your problem is totally solved!

I wanted to be sure that Noah's Ark was commended for the exceptional knowledge and communication skills, as this was a very good first experience with the business. Hopefully we never have another pest problem, but if we do, I know where we'll be going!

Called Noah's Arc in Melbourne.
Spoke to the rudest office person.
I wanted to ask questions about termite inspection & treatment.
She kept saying things like "What do you wanna know THAT for? "
I was entitled to ask questions; I was the potential customer and wanted to see which company I should have do some work for me.
Anyway, at one point when I asked a question, she said, "Maybe you should go somewhere else! " in a very rude tone.

Suffice to say, I did go somewhere else.

Get a new receptionist.

Maybe the technicians are good but how can one tell if you can't get information and are greeted with extreme rudeness.

What an absolutely professional and honest company! Do yourselves a huge favour and don't even bother with other companies - this company should be your first and last contact. From our first enquiring phone call (from another State) to the actual treatment day, nothing but dealing with genuinely nice, helpful people who really know their stuff. Really competitive costs and their communication was second to none, keeping us well-informed continually.

Having just received the keys to our new residence on arrival from South Australia, Simon (such a lovely man!) attended our home for a "crawlies" treatment. Whilst doing this treatment, he advised that we had an in-built termite system that meant he could provide treatment for termite-proofing that day also if we wished. (This was something we had committed to doing with Noah's at a later stage and had already received the quote from them to do so, neither party being unaware of this in-built system at that time).

Simon could have kept quiet and we would have still paid the extra hundreds of dollars unknowingly for the more labour-intensive termite treatment later on. But he didn't and he told us straight away. How many companies do you know these days that would do that? Well, we certainly don't know any and we were so extremely grateful for his honesty!

So, it is now some 6 weeks later and there has not been one spider - my partner is a severe arachnophobic - or live bug in the home. It has made settling into our new life here in Victoria, particularly for her, fantastic!

We are now customers of Noah's Ark for life and would loudly recommend them to anyone, anywhere, requiring their specialised service! THANK YOU SO MUCH EMMA AND SIMON! You guys are amazing!
