Not thorough with testings for patient and partner more about easy fix quick result no proper consultation or advice for first time IVF patients, pass from one nurse to another that have no idea about your profile, not a personable experience, all about the office, bling and money, transfer one and only embryo ended in miscarriage (never explained about embryo rating, risk etc.).

Changed to another clinic very thorough with testings found out alot more about my fertility issues and very professional service, I'm now 8 months pregnant.

I do not recommend No#1 fertility.

Number 1 is amazing! Having moved over from another clinic that showed no care or regard for their patients, we could not be happier to be under the care of Dr Lynn and her incredible team. They are always responsive, show empathy and so much compassion to the challenges of this journey and are there to support our mental health and wellbeing every step of the way.

If you're looking for a fertility specialist, you won't find better than the Number 1 team! The best in the business.

There is no tailored care with No1 fertility. It is operated as a business model where they only care about medications and money. No questions or investigations in regards to patients support network or other health co-morbidities. For those who are already anxious about pregnancy No1 fertility makes it worse. The communication is poor with no instructions to take medications, needing to follow up consistently, constantly left feeling confused.

Our IVF did not go as planned, and I was pretty disappointed with how they dealt with this.

Can not recommend highly enough. So thorough and made it so much easier than we ever thought it could be. We’re so thankful for our amazing bub.

They have zero value for patients' time. Nurses are very irresponsible and rude and never return your call even if it's an emergency.you have to be a doctor and nurse yourself to ask them what medications you need otherwise they leave in dark and they don't even tell you what's happening or what is next step is.the only thing they care about is money without proper treatment and service.they asked me to call them on my first day of the period and after multiple calls and massages from day first, a nurse finally called me on day 4 and said I needed to do a blood test on my day first while they didn't tell me before.

The best doctor in the world much appreciate the job she has done for me back in 2013 may god bless her.
