I got a benign mole removed from my face with Laser Mole Remove. It has healed very nicely. The staff have been friendly throughout my visits and gave my tips to treat and moisturise the “wound” area.

Dr. Shobhna Singh Cosmetic Physician at Nitai is the best! I met her years ago and since then I had no need to waste my time, money and nerves to look for anyone else. I wouldn't trust anyone else as I trust her with her advices, opinions and professionalism. I used to try many places but I always got vibe they don't care and just want my money and there was no personalised approach. And terrible results, not lasting and not beautiful. With Dr. Shobhna Singh I have always felt im in a good hands and I don't need to be alert all the time during my procedures because I can trust her. It's a wonderful feeling! At Nitai I can be sure I will always get wonderful result! She also has amazing, genuine and warm personality. I came in for a mole removal consultation and was lucky to get it removed on the same day Thank you to Dr Shobhna and all her staff members very knowledgeable they were amazing and handled everything professionally from filling in the forms to extremely safe treatment. If your in the south east of Melbourne this place is worth travelling too & highly recommend.

Where do I start I could write a whole essay of how amazing the whole team at Nitai clinic has been, i visited the first time one month ago and has been the best decision, I have been doing needling for so long at different clinics with hardly any results and was about to give up when I was recommended to go there, from the moment I went into the nurse knew exactly what my skin needed, I went in thinkng I didn’t want needling as I had tried it before and felt like my skin needed something else.potenza needling machine was suggested that I try and my god, I went back today 1 month later for my second treatment of it and the lovely nurse took images and was nice enough to show me the differnce in my skin which I’m so happy about, this clinic has got to be the best clinic I have been to in Melbourne, everyone is so lovely and welcoming and the treatments has exceeded my expectation.

Dr Singh is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced cosmetic doctors in the country. And in an accessible location to the northern suburbs of Melbourne. She is really personable and makes you feel at at ease. Accessing the centre is easy and and making appointments very straightforward with no long wait times to get an appointment. I used to go to VCI but found this clinic just as professional with a much easier and relaxed experience. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the underarm sweat treatment. I can now wear a shirt with confidence that I won't have any embarrassing sweat patches.
The procedure was a little painful but worth it.

The procedure was okay i have no complaints there. I just felt rushed during the consultation. I wanted to ask about a couple facial moles but was dismissed and told we should only focus on 1. I thought if I was paying a consultation fee I would at least get to speak about other problem areas. Now im torn because i dont want to pay a consultation fee for each mole or problem area.

To answer the reply. It is true I made an appointment to get 1 mole checked. However, when i went in and got photos of before hand taken, i asked for the others too. And photos were taken, please check your images. And further to this, i did ask the doctor when i was in consultation but was brushed off and told to focus on 1 mole for this consultation. Please check i gave a 3 out of 5 review as the problem mole was removed but i felt rushed. This is how i feel and i feel i have a right to post an honest review.
