Niño Early Learning Adventures Footscray

The location is great for us as it is very close to our place. The centre has nice and new facility with caring Educators. The centre had better management since Eden took over from Nino. My child always has fresh nappy and a clean face when we pick him up.

The team at Eden Academy Footscray are fantastic. Special shout out to Theresa and Rachael for always making my afternoon pick ups a good one. They are super helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. The team at the centre is wonderful and really care about the children. My son absolutely loves going to daycare and the level of engagement with the other kids and staff is really lovely to see. Keep up the good work team!

As a new mum I was quite out of my depth when choosing the best childcare for my son. Eden academy has not only welcomed us with open arms but has created an environment for our family that is positive, educational (us parents too) and engaging for our little man.

Everyday amazes us at how independent our son has become as well as learning how to adapt to change. It's now a struggle to tell him we need to go home at pick up.which makes me smile knowing he's having so much fun.

Eden Footscray is surely one of the best decisions I've taken for my child. Right from the time she gets in to the centre until the end of day, she is well taken care of. The educators are amazing at what they do and keep the kids engaged through out the day helping them develop their skills and they certainly have the knack to achieve this through fun filled play activities. The Management are always welcoming and keep me informed of everything I need to be aware of. Not to forget the quality and tasty meals that is fed to kids. Thanks for everything

My daughter started at Eden this year- I was very nervous being a first time mum but the educators have been wonderful making me feel at ease. She is loving it & I know she is in the best care. She is always happy to go & giggles from when we get to the car park. We love the extra programs they do the sport, music & yoga & its really lovely to see the photos at the end of the day of how much fun she has had. She always comes home happy & well fed! We are really happy with our decision to send her to Eden!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Eden Academy Footscray so far. The staff are welcoming, thorough and dedicated to making your experience seamless. The educators are friendly and clearly have a passion for helping children grow and develop. They have been receptive to feedback and taken appropriate steps to care for my daughter where needed. More often than not I’m met with the educators down on the floor playing and singing along to music upon pick up and it’s such a lovely sight to see. I know my daughter is being engaged and nurtured and it makes it that much easier to entrust her to their care.

I wouldn’t write this review but I think after the way they answer my email I need to write a honest review so other parents be aware of the centre and their staffs.
Reception staffs: I’m not impressed, they talked to me like I am their child.
Hygienic: average, my child got sick after 1 hour in the class room. And some other things I saw in the class, it just… really concern me about safety for all the babies in there (I was in discovery room)
The educator in the class room I visited: Lovely, she works hard and did good job to manage the room as the same time explaining everything for me. She tried her best and I understand there are a lot other factors to make a good childcare, the educator can’t do it all themselves, they need support too.
But why I write a one star review? Because I visited a few centres, enough to know what is standard and what is a good customer service. By far their reception staffs are the rudest, specially the person name Rima who answered my email.
First of all, most centre I visited when I asked for enrolment form they will provide me all the information documents so I can read at home and understand more about their centre. With Nino, they skim all of that, and only email once I make payment. I don’t understand, as parents, we are going to pay weekly childcare, but as a business they can’t invest in material to provide us and expect us to print out ourselves? I didn’t happy about it so I ask to pickup all the form which they did provide but wasn’t friendly provide, rather like they have to do it because I asked for.
My baby got sick after 1 hour in the childcare, but don’t take me wrong, I understand baby will get sick regardless whichever centre she will be in, sooner or later. But I did have high hope for Nino even location is not close to us. When I find out it just not worth the extra drive, I decided to withdraw my bond and not do the application, at least for now.
I filled and emailed the refund form sent to their office, to find out it take 6-8 weeks for the refund to process. That’s oddly long for a refund where we not even enrolled yet. I emailed back and asked why it would take that long, just interested to know. And I got the rudest response reply to my email which I will post it and everyone can decide if that’s ok. My most disappointed part is that they or specifically the person responded to my email, is working in education environment and dealing with children.
P/s: She later called me and said it’s because she didn’t read my email. That she normally don’t roll down to read the bottom of the email? Great!

We love it here.

My son has been going here since he was 13 months older and we’ve had a great experience. All the carers are absolutely lovely and management are wonderful. This morning I dropped my son off and he was in tears as his sticker had fallen off- the assistant manager leapt from her desk as soon as she heard what was wrong, grabbed a page of stickers and literally ran down to give him one to make him feel better. My son RUNS in to see his carers (and get some of the sweet breakfast food…) on arrival each morning and is clearly thriving here.

The educators here are really attentive and professional, whilst also being the right amount of playful and nurturing.

The EC managers are great and really make an effort to get to know the parents and children as well, which is a nice touch.

The equipment and amenities are all high quality, and the in-house cook does great meals for the kids.

Amazing centre! The teachers are so thoughtful and helpful.they care for the children as they are their own. Heaps of great space for kids to play (indoor and out) and delicious gourmet meals!

We love, Nino Footscray. My son has been going since they opened after covid restrictions eased. Although at the beginning they were still finding their feet, something that is totally understandable as new centre during covid, they are now a splendid centre. My son loves it and the educators are all so lovely, highly capable, great listeners, and patient. We love the open door arrangements (letting kids roam within rooms mingling with different age groups) and love the activities the educators do in his room. Thank you for caring for my son and giving me piece of mind.

Lovely, friendly and engaged staff. Our daughter has settled in so quickly and is loving her days at childcare.
