Our son has been at Nino since June 2022, we are so grateful to the staff, chef’s and management team who create a safe, respectful and warm environment for our son to attend during the week. Laura and Emily are so fantastic and have brought stability, positive energy and care to the centre. As a full time working mum they have made my return to work so much easier and support me regularly with this transition. Nothing is too hard for the team at Nino, they are incredibly accommodating and understanding of our sons needs. Thank you for all that you do for our family.

At Elsternwick Nino ELA I feel apart of a real family!
Not only do I have friendly and supportive educators by my side, but also an amazing management team!
Management always want the best for their educators and offer a wide variety of resources to support you through daily tasks, planning, studies and even career progression within the company!
Highly recommend for any educators looking for a rewarding career in childcare!

Our daughter has been going to Nino Elsternwick for two years. We are so happy and our daughter loves it there. The building is spacious and modern with lots of outdoor spaces. The kids love the food there, its healthy and plentiful. Educators and fantastic, so caring and loving. Some of them have been there for a long time. As Nino parents we feel like we are part of a close community. The centre has become even better under the management of Laura and her support staff. They also hold regular events for parents and kids which are always catered and are lots of fun. Our daughter stay there until she goes to Primary School. We feel very fortunate to have Nino in our local area.

Highly recommend this centre. My daughter really thrived during the 5 months we attended here. She gained a lot of confidence and started learning how to speak quite a bit. She also learned how to eat independently and truly enjoyed the daily activities, particularly water play. The staff are really warm, welcoming and profesional. Credit goes to Kate and the rest of the staff who have created a fantastic environment. The centre is also quite beautiful and always clean. Michael is a great cook and he always cooks the most nutritious food for the kids. Unfortunately we moved and had to switch centres, and due to the great experience we had here we decided to remain within the Nino Ella family, just with a different centre closer to out new home.

At the start my son had huge separation anxiety and would get so upset when at drop off, all the staff made the transition as smooth as possible. Now he absolutely loves his days at Niño. Definitely recommend this daycare center

We are so happy with Elsternwick Nino. My daughter started at 8 months and is now 11 months and she totally loves it. She smiles and laughs when we go in each morning. The staff are lovely - great Educators in the rooms & the leadership team is also strong with Holly & Will. Beatrice at the front desk is so helpful - my daughter adores her.
Really impressed with the food - Michael makes healthy & yummy meals for the kids. Our girl loves her food so that is really important in keeping her happy. The centre itself is so nice - beautiful new build but keeps the charm of the old mansion house facade, and great play areas/gardens outside. It is just a really good environment to bring our daughter to. Glad we have something so good nearby. Highly recommended.

Niño were a dream to deal with. Their staff are friendly, engaging and always made us feel at ease with our mini human. Their facilities are fantastic, bright and clean. Overall a delight and could not fault them with the care of our little one.

Fantastic Team! The team at Nino Elsternwick go to great effort to make our daughter feel welcome, safe and nurtured. She has developed so much during her time there. We see this in the activities she is part of and the photos of her experiences. All positive from our perspective.

My 1 yr old son has attended this centre since he was 7 months old. He loves the centre, and the staff always make us feel welcome. He is a bit picky with food but he always eats when he is at the centre, the chef makes healthy meals he enjoys and the staff take the time to encourage him to eat. We have also made use of the sleep specialist who was really helpful with his day naps! The centre is newly built in a beautiful historical home but is definitely great value being one of the cheapest in the area. We love it at Nino and would highly recommend.

They have good quality Educators but a rude Director Carol (recently resigned). She's the cause of why some Educators resigned from this centre. They made a complained about her to the head office but seems like nothing was done. No reply from e-mails probably they only care about money and occupancy.
