Niño Early Learning Adventures - Mickleham, Waratah Estate

They fed my daughter food she is SEVERELY allergic to. They conveniently have lost her paperwork since this incident and now excluding my child for the last 2 weeks of her care there because I now have to get forms refilled out for her to attend. The reception staff are absolutely disgusting in the way they speak and treat parents. The room staff are beautiful, my daughter’s educators are great. The reception staff and area manager of kids academy are NOT.

Do not recommend sending your children here if you value their health. They don’t care about children’s health.

Sold with in a year of opening.what a achievement.if they keep responding sorry we don't recognise you and keep the same 50 percent laziest and careless staff.it will be sold again soon.for new management a free advice.big fishy business goes on reception where every concern and complaints of parents dies successfully so need to identify those dodgy receptionists and lazy staff soon.else it was ""Nino no learning and don't care""before ""kids academy"" now and will be some other name soon.

Very pleased with Nino and their staff. I was having issues with toilet training my son and just after a few weeks of attending Nino he is finally going to the toilet. The staff and educators are amazing! A very happy mum here!

Shame on Taila & Sara for not doing their job properly. I have been promised to send my child’s portfolio few weeks ago, never received it. They supposed to fill out the accident form when they fractured my child’s finger, never ask for my signature. Absolutely horrible & shameless staff. My life biggest mistake to choose this Nino Waratah childcare

Really good centre, the staff are friendly and always greet my son by name including those who aren't his educators. There's been a little bit of staff turnover in his room however all staff work together to keep things as consistent and high quality as possible.
My son loves going there, and the variety of activities and experiences is always appreciated.

Absolutely love all the educators and the staff at this centre. They take such good care of my little one. The centre looks amazing and has a great outdoor play area. Kudos to the chef who makes amazing food. Well rounded experience for my little one

We have been very happy so far in three months. The staff are very friendly, the food is good quality with focus on nutrition and also giving food when kids are hungry, not just at allocated meal times. The centre has a strong focus on outdoor time, use of wooden toys and education. This is a great centre that fosters independence, friendship between kids of all ages and inclusivity. Any concerns have been met with professionalism and follow up and communication regarding illness or injury has been prompt. I highly recommend this facility for all children and parents looking for a good daycare centre. The only thing I don’t like is the occasional inconsistency with nappy changes which has caused bad rashes in the past and also they don’t send daily updates and we really wish they would as we care a lot about education.

My son is so happy here. The girls have taken so much time to bond with him and make him feel so secure. We are so thankful for the effort and care the staff all put in and the quality of the education.

Nino childcare has such amazing, professional, caring and honest educators & Management. Wouldn’t send my child anywhere else.
