My daughter loves coming to Eden Academy. She is happy when she gets dropped off and happy when she waves goodbye at the end of the day. The admin team are patient and understanding of family situations and changes in schedules. The educators do so many activities with the kids and the app allows me to see during the day what she has been doing. Whether it's Yoga, sports, playdough, painting- she is always doing something new. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and bright with lots of activities set out for the children. Food is healthy and snacks are plentiful. Thankyou so much to Donna and the team, special shoutout to Anne and Rachel.

I have been part of the eden since 2021and can’t thank them enough for everything they do for the children as well as staff. Great support from management as well as from all team members.

Thanks for Eden academy Childcare for a job well done with providing care for my son Aarav, I appreciate all of the support and service that you guys are providing to us, the staff and educators are wonderful and very understanding. Front staff specially Donna, Leticia and Alison are very patient, attentive and very sweet. Their caring nature is giving us confidence that our child is being taken care very well. I would highly recommend this childcare. They work very hard to ensure the centre.

After the hand over from Nino the centre (Eden Academy) is amazing. All the educators are very nurturing and enthusiastic teachers. They are vey passionate and professional about their roles in the early childhood sector and are so attentive to all children. Management is also very welcoming and nurturing to all the families, children and staff members. Management team responds to requests promptly. The learning environment is beautiful, welcoming and supports an effective play based program. Such a beautiful and amazing centre.

A welcoming daycare that took the time to get to know not only our child but our family too. The educators have a caring nature.
My Daughter started at Eden academy approximately 6 weeks ago and I could not be be more happier to know she is in the safest hands. The carers at Eden academy go above and beyond to ensure kids are safe, happy and constantly encouraged. Highly recommend Eden academy to parents in the community as its diverse and so amazing! She is in the safest hands.

We moved our children after being there 3 weeks. We provided some feedback after 2 weeks. They advised they welcome feedback but they really don't care. Reception desk is rarely manned in the mornings. Staff are not consistent to ratio requirements in the morning. Health & Safety concerns in the garden play areas. My preschooler rarely came home with drawings or paintings and my baby came home with her bottom not cleaned properly. There is no warmth feeling walking through the building. We're very happy we moved them out of EDEN ACADEMY NEWPORT.

Eden Academy have such a positive and welcome feeling since you walk in the door. My son just love going to kinder. He loves seeing all the staff and he just adores Bentley. I'm really happy with the feedback that I get daily and that I'm able to have a look at my child's portfolio as well as art book when I want to as it is always assessable with in the room.

Very happy with the staff and facility. Educators and Management staff at Eden are doing their best to make sure kids are settling well. All the best team Eden! I am very happy and satisfied with the level of care provided by educators.

The Eden Academy Newport is such great childcare - it has a calming vibe, great facilities and is always kept really clean.
The team are all so lovely, you can tell they really care about what they do and love the children.
My daughter LOVES going to daycare - we get big smiles when I drop her off and pick her up.

The new Eden Academy has turned this centre around. Good communication, amazing staff, engaging rooms, it is clean and they serve healthy food. My daughter loves it here.

I have been very happy with the quality of care at Nino ELA. My daughter was only 6 months old when she started and she settled really well with no issues. The staff are very friendly and super helpful.

Eden academy Newport daycare is an awesome place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. The facilities are beautiful.
The staff from the management team to the educators are amazing with so much heart, passion, love, enthusiasm and a caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare here.

Staff is reliable and very professional.my son loves to go in the centre and learn more activities.moreover facility is fantastic.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Nino Newport. We are thrilled to be able to to send our daughter to the Newport centre.

We have had our little girl Juliette there since you opened in October 2019 and she has loved every single second, so much she is starting full time there in a couple of weeks.

A special call out to Huong- who is an absolute rockstar and always there to help! Rose, who has that place running impeccably and is always there for you, And Will who is always so helpful and nothing is too much of an ask!

The carers are a god sent! My daughter has absolutely shined and developed because of all the energy they give her everyday and I will be forever grateful.

Oh and I forgot the chef! That food is amazing! My daughter eats healthy nutritious food everyday - much more than at home!

I can’t thank you all enough! We feel very lucky and reassured to be able to leave my daughter smiling when I leave her and smiling when I pick her up everyday!
